机场导航站是飞机地面导航设备的安放地点,它是航空机场的重要组成部分。导航站内设备都是精密设备,它们的运行对动力和环境都有一定的要求。为此设计一个机场导航站集中监控系统,用来监控导航站设备的运行动力和环境参数,以保障导航站设备的稳定运行及飞机的飞行安全。 通过对机场导航站实际情况和监控需求的分析,本系统监测和控制的主要内容有视频、云台、低压配电、UPS、精密空调、温湿度、火警、烟雾、漏水、门禁等。在明确了系统的监控内容后,对系统的整体结构进行了设计,它主要由底层监控设备、数字视频及环境数据采集服务器(DVES)、分布式数据库应用服务器和监控客户端四部分组成。接着基于Delphi的ADO技术和MIDAS技术实现了系统的分布式数据库,分布式数据库用来存储系统的历史数据,有效地减轻了客户端的数据存储压力。然后对系统的数据通信进行了分析,它主要包括视频类监控数据通信和其它串行数据通信两部分。为了众多底层监控设备串行通信的兼容,作者制定了一个通用串行通信协议,并设计了串行通信调度模块。在串行通信调度模块中采用轮询机制、循环缓冲机制和多线程数据收发机制实现了系统的串行数据通信。最后对系统客户端的主要业务功能,如用户权限管理、监控显示、电子地图、设备配置维护、系统配置、报警日志查询等进行了分析和介绍。本系统具有较好的通用性,对于其它同类监控系统的设计具有很好的借鉴性。

The airport navigation station is the important place in the airport, which is responsible for the placement of the airport navigation devices. The devices of the navigation station are very precise; therefore its well-functioning had a high demand on the power and circumstance. In order to ensure the navigation equipment running stable and the plane flight secure, a centralized monitoring system of airport navigation station is designed for monitoring the power and environment parameters of the airport navigation station. With an analysis of the actual condition and monitoring demand of a airport navigation station, the contents of this system includes videos, low-voltage distribution, UPS, precise air-conditioner, humiture, fire alarm, smog, water leakage, Access control etc. Nailed down the contents, the framework of the system is designed followed, the four parts of it are monitoring devices working on the lower layer, the DVES, the distributive database application services and the monitoring clients. Basing on the ADO technology and MIDAS technology of Delphi, the distributive database is designed. The database stores the historical data of the system, so the task of the clients can be lightened efficiently.Then, the analysis of the communication data in the system was done, including monitoring video data communication and the serial data communication. For the compatibility of the monitoring devices working in the lower layer, a general serial communication protocol and the serial communication scheduling module were designed. In the serial communication scheduling module, polling mechanism, circular buffering mechanism and muti-threaded data transceiver mechanism were used to achieve serial data communication of the system. Finally, the main business functions of the system clients such as user rights management, monitor display, electronic maps, equipment configuration maintenance, system configuration and alarm log query are analyzed and demonstrated. The system has a good commonality, and it can be a mirror for the design of other monitoring system of the similar nature.
