首先简要介绍论文的研究背景和相关概念,针对MK系列全液压动力头式钻机给进系统设计中缺少理论参考的现状,确定本文的目的是对这种型式钻机的给进系统进行深入研究,探讨科学化的设计理念,尝试提出一套合理设计的基本原则。 根据对全液压动力头式钻机给进系统的功能要求,讨论常用的四种液压给进机构的各自特点,对采用这四种液压给进机构的几种MK系列钻机的给进系统进行合理性分析,指出当前MK系列钻机给进系统所具有的优缺点,从中得出相关结论。 为求解给进机构传动效率,首先建立了典型拖板受力模型,采用解析法计算损失在拖板上的摩擦力,针对采用四种液压给进机构的钻机的实际情况,综合考虑各部件机械效率和回油压力的影响,求解给进机构输出的最大给进力和起拔力,在此基础上计算给进机构的总效率,并提出影响给进机构传动效率的主要因素。 利用钻机综合检测实验台测试成品钻机的输出最大给进力和起拔力来检验理论计算结果的正确性。通过有限元方法对两种给进机构拖板的受力情况进行分析,指出拖板结构设计应注意的问题,并对拖板结构进行简单优化。 根据以上分析,对全液压动力头式钻机给进系统的设计提出观点,为今后这类钻机给进系统的设计提供参考。

Firstly the research background and the related knowledge are introduced in this paper, considering the question that the design of the feeding systems which are used in MK series all-hydraulic power head type drill rig is short of theoretic basis, the thesis mainly studies the scientific design theory of the feeding system, then puts forward a series of reasonable design methods. According to the asked function of the feeding system for all-hydraulic power head type drill rig, the characteristics of four kinds of hydraulic feeding mechanisms for this type of rig are studied, the rationality of MK series drill rig which use the four kinds of hydraulic feeding mechanisms are analyzed, then its advantages and faults are pointed, at last the relevant conclusions are put forward. In order to gaining the driving efficiency of the feeding mechanisms, at first we establish the typical dynamics model of the board, and get the friction that the rig consumed at the board by use of the theorial analysis method. Considering the actual circumstance of drill rigs, at the same time combining the influences of mechanical efficiency and oil return pressure, the maximal feeding force and drawing back force are calculated, also driving efficiency, then the main factors affecting driving efficiency are obtained. Making use of the rig general detecting laboratory to test the deferent maximal feeding force and drawing back force of drill rig, the validity of theoretic accounting value are analyzed in the paper.By means of the finite element analysis about two kinds of boards, the considered questions when we design the board are pointed, then the framework of the board are optimized simply. According to the analyzing results above, we put forward the standpoints to the rational design of the feeding system for all-hydraulic power head type drill rig, and they can provide reference for the design of this type of drill rig aftertime.
