故障录波装置是电力系统发生故障或扰动时能记录故障信息的一种自动装置,经历了光电式、前后台微机式的发展过程;目前,前后台微机式录波装置已经完全取代了光电式录波装置,成为电网故障信息记录的主力,对于电网故障分析,故障后快速电力恢复都起到了重大作用。
本文在分析电力系统故障录波装置和嵌入式系统的基础上,引入面向对象建模思想,运用统一建模语言(UML),建立电力系统录波装置的UML模型;利用UML的静态、动态建模机制对录波装置的组织结构、动态行为进行分析设计;提出基于32位ARM微处理器、uClinux嵌入式操作系统结合高速以太网的嵌入式平台上,构建一体化新型故障录波装置的设计方案;并通过建立嵌入式系统结合高速以太网实验平台,编制计算机程序,详细说明了数据采集、故障判断、故障信息存储和远程设备管理实现方法,充分论证了设计方案的可行性。同时,本文针对录波装置设计的嵌入式系统解决方案,可以用于构建其它信息化、图形化、网络化的智能设备、仪表。

Fault recorder is a kind of device recording and analysis power systems faults, it has experienced photoelectric fault recorder and computerized fault recorder development stage. Computerized fault recorder plays an important role in modern power systems on fault disposal and power restoration. However, computerized fault recorder has exposed some problems due to its split structure.
This paper focuses on using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to establish the model of fault recorder device and how to realize the UML model on embedded system. Firstly, using Case diagram, Sequence diagram, Class diagram and Activity diagram to finish the static modeling and dynamic modeling, then propose an embedded, integrative power systems fault recorder scheme based on the UML model, lastly, established the embedded system platform based on ARM (advanced RISC machines) microprocessor, 10M/100M Ethernet and embedded uClinux operation system, using diagram and programs to show how to carried out this fault recorder model on the embedded platform. This new kind of fault recorder’s main functions are data collection, fault judging, fault information storage and network communication. The embedded system solution for fault recorder can also be used to realize other informational smart network devices.
