生物识别技术作为身份鉴别的一个手段有着特别广泛的应用前景和重要的战略意义,而虹膜识别是目前比较尖端的生物识别技术,但由于国内技术还不成熟和成本高等原因,在国内的应用还不是很多。本课题正是虹膜识别技术在自动存取系统中的应用,并以在矿井浴室中的吊篮(自动存取衣物)为实例进行了研究。在此基础上设计开发了一种基于CAN总线的虹膜识别技术在矿井浴室中的应用装置。 本文首先论述了国内外虹膜识别技术的发展现状以及应用趋势,并详细介绍了CAN总线的技术特点及其分层结构。其次,论文分析了虹膜识别的基本原理以及实现方法,对虹膜内外边缘定位的方法进行了深入的研究,在此基础上,提出了一种新的虹膜定位方法,用canny算子检测边缘,并结合最小二乘法对虹膜内外边缘进行了定位,与传统的Hough算法进行了比较,该方法计算量减少,定位速度加快。最后,论文完成了虹膜识别应用装置的软硬件设计。装置主要分为三部分:一是用VC++6.0实现的上位机管理软件,此部分主要实现与虹膜相机的连接、员工注册功能以及员工和吊篮之间地址的对应等功能;二是RS232/CAN通信模块,这部分主要实现从上位机接收吊篮地址,转换成CAN帧报文格式,并制定CAN总线的通信协议,发送报文实现吊篮地址的传送等功能;三是下位机控制模块,当检测到CAN总线上有数据传送过来时,控制模块接收并处理数据,根据数据内容判断吊篮地址,然后驱动后续电路,使其按吊篮地址控制相应的电机动作,从而实现对吊篮的控制。 系统采用人体特征虹膜识别技术控制吊篮升降,无需附加载体,防止因钥匙丢失而无法更衣,识别可在1~2秒内快速完成。经测试此装置运行良好,实现了对吊篮的控制,达到了预期的功能。

Biology recognize as a status distinguish method has a broad application foreground, iris recognize is relatively advanced technique of biology recognize, but because of juvenility and high cost of iris recognition at home, the application of iris recognition is not very extensive. Based on mine bass nacelle, the application of iris recognition in the auto-access system is studied in this paper. An applicable device of iris recognition based on CAN bus is designed aim at mine bass nacelle. Firstly, the developmental and applied tendency of iris recognition technology at home and broad is discussed, the technology and structure of CAN bus is introduced in this paper. Secondly, elementary principium and realization method of iris recognition is analyzed in detail, iris location methods of inner and outer edges are carefully researched, a new iris recognition method is enlightened, the inner and outer edges of the iris are located by canny operator and least square method, the result shows that the iris edges can be located using this method quickly and accurately, and it is ease and effective. Finally, the soft and hardware of the device are designed. The device can be separated into three parts: The first is the upper computer soft which compiled by VC++6.0, realizing connection with iris camera, employee registration and correspondence between employee and nacelle address; The second is the RS232/CAN communications module, realizing the transmission of nacelle address, constituting communication protocols of CAN bus, sending message; The third is control module, when the data is transferred by CAN bus, receiving and disposing the data, nacelle address is obtained, then, back-circuit drives the relevant motor and realizes the control of nacelle. The action of nacelle controlled by iris recognition in this system, dispense with taking key, the employees can change clothes without key, and the iris recognition can be completed quickly in one or two second. At present, the device has passed test, and the result shows that the device is workable.
