教育是国之大计、党之大计。党的二十大报告首次将“实施科教兴国战略,强化现代化建设人才支撑”作为一个单独部分,充分体现了教育的基础性、战略性地位和作用。高校作为培养和输送人才的主要阵地,解决为谁培养人、培养什么人、怎样培养人,是落实立德树人根本任务不可回避的问题。要全面贯彻党的教育方针,办好人民满意的教育,培养德智体美劳全面发展的建设者和接班人,美育至关重要,它有助于丰富大学生的精神境界,提高大学生文化修养。特别是在全方位、全过程、全员育人的“大思政”中,艺术教育作为美育的重要组成部分,不仅能够帮助学生在心智方面趋于成熟,还能增强学生的艺术审美能力。新时代、新征程,在构建“大思政”格局的大背景下,探寻大学生艺术教育实践研究具有一定的时代性。

本文运用文献研究法、比较研究法、跨学科研究法对“大思政”视域下大学生艺术教育实践进行梳理和解读,首先对艺术教育的核心概念进行了界定,厘清了艺术教育和美育、美育与思想政治教育、艺术教育与思想政治教育之间的逻辑关联,明确了大学生艺术教育的四个特征:科学性、辅德性、情感性和审美性;其次系统地梳理了“大思政”视域下开展大学生艺术教育的重要性、必要性和理论渊源;再次通过国家层面的高度重视、学科定位的地位突显、思政融合的积极尝试等方面分析目前发展现状,得出大学生艺术教育存在的问题及原因,即高校顶层设计不均衡、学生自身素养差异化、师资队伍建设不完善、协同育人合力未形成等。结合相关理论和实践论证,本文最后从主体提升、客体强化、环体保障、介体创新等四个视角出发,通过提高大学生对艺术教育的认识、优化专项教师队伍的建设发展、建立和完善艺术教育保障机制、建构“艺术+思政”协同育人体系等,剖析“大思政”视域下大学生艺术教育实践路径,为高校艺术教育提供具有借鉴和实操价值的参考。

Education is the great plan of the country and the party. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the first time regards " implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the support of talents for modernization " as a separate part, which fully reflects the basic and strategic position and role of education. As the main position of cultivating and transporting talents, it is an unavoidable problem for colleges and universities to solve the problems of who to cultivate people, what to cultivate and how to cultivate people. In order to fully implement the party 's education policy, run a satisfactory education for the people, and cultivate builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, aesthetic education is very important. It helps to enrich the spiritual realm of college students and improve their cultural accomplishment. Especially in the " great ideological and political education " of all-round, whole-process and all-member education, art education, as an important part of aesthetic education, can not only help students mature in mind, but also enhance students ' artistic aesthetic ability. In the new era and new journey, under the background of building a " great ideological and political " pattern, it is of certain epochal significance to explore the practical research of college students ' art education.

This paper uses the literature research method, comparative research method and interdisciplinary research method to sort out and interpret the practice of college students ' art education from the perspective of ' big ideological and political '. Firstly, it defines the core concepts of art education, clarifies the logical relationship between art education and aesthetic education, aesthetic education and ideological and political education, art education and ideological and political education, and clarifies the four characteristics of college students ' art education : scientific, auxiliary, emotional and aesthetic ; secondly, it systematically combs the importance, necessity and theoretical origin of carrying out art education for college students from the perspective of ' big ideological and political ' ; thirdly, through the analysis of the current development status from the aspects of high attention at the national level, the prominent status of subject positioning, and the active attempt of ideological and political integration, the problems and causes of college students ' art education are obtained, that is, the imbalance of top-level design in colleges and universities, the differentiation of students ' own quality, the imperfect construction of teaching staff, and the cooperation of collaborative education.

Combined with relevant theories and practical demonstrations, this paper finally starts from the four perspectives of subject promotion, object strengthening, ring body guarantee and mediator innovation, and analyzes the practical path of university art education from the perspective of ' big ideological and political ' by improving college students ' understanding of art education, optimizing the construction and development of special teachers, establishing and improving the guarantee mechanism of art education, and constructing the collaborative education system of ' art + ideological and political ', so as to provide reference and practical value for university art education.
