摘要 近年来，经济的快速增长为企业的发展带来了难得机遇，同时也带来了巨大的危机。企业在经营中不仅仅只针对单一项目，而是同时进行多个项目，这使得多项目管理应运而生。在市场竞争加剧的环境下，企业有限资源的配置是否合理直接关系到多项目管理的成效，也关系到企业的发展壮大和战略目标的实现。 本文以CRCC公司多项目管理作为研究对象。首先，综述了目前国内外多项目资源管理和资源配置的研究现状。其次，分析了CRCC公司在多项目管理中资源配置现状及存在的问题，同时基于问卷分析结果找出了CRCC公司多项目管理中资源配置冲突的原因。再次，研究了多项目资源优化配置模型，对模型和工作流程进行了详细的描述和研究，提出了关键链模型的关键链的确定、资源约束对象的优先排序及关键链上缓冲量的确定等三个关键问题。最后，以CRCC公司多项目资源优化配置为研究实例，提出了CRCC公司多项目资源配置的原则和目标，给出了CRCC公司多项目资源配置计划，并且总结了关键链方法多项目资源优化配置的优势。 本文的研究方法和结论不仅可以为CRCC公司多项目管理中资源的优化配置提供理论依据，同时对其他施工企业多项目管理中资源优化配置也有一定的借鉴意义。
