南泥湾精神形成于中国共产党带领中国人民进行革命的实践中,其所蕴含的价值理念和精神内涵是对大学生进行思想政治教育的优质资源。通过推动南泥湾精神思想政治教育价值在大学生群体中的应用与实践，弘扬好南泥湾精神,有利于大学生坚定理想信念、继承中国共产党的优良传统,进一步提升思想政治教育的育人效果,更好地落实立德树人根本任务。论文通过查阅相关文献资料和利用问卷调查的归纳结果,同时借鉴不同学科的研究成果以及现阶段其他红色精神在大学校园中的思想政治教育成功实践,在新时代背景之下对南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的现状进行研究。

文章主要从以下五个部分进行阐述:绪论部分阐述了文章的研究背景等内容,并梳理了南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的国内外研究现状,从而确定文章的研究思路及创新之处。第二部分概述南泥湾精神及其相关理论。首先,梳理了南泥湾精神的相关理论知识。其次,探讨南泥湾精神与思想政治教育学理论、社会主义先进文化之间的关系,为阐释南泥湾精神在大学生思想政治教育过程中的育人价值提供理论依据。第三部分对南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的可行性和必要性进行分析。结合南泥湾精神与大学生思想政治教育的共通点,分析其融入大学生思想政治教育的可行性,继而以南泥湾精神不同层面的价值意义为中心展开论述这种革命精神在大学生思想政治教育过程中的必要性。第四部分对南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的现状进行了系统分析。在南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的过程中出现的问题有:学生对南泥湾精神的认知度不高、南泥湾精神融入思政课教学不够充分、南泥湾精神在校园文化中影响力较弱、学生实践应用意识和自我教育意识需要加强等。第五部分对南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的对策进行了探索,提出了夯实南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的坚实基础、调整南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的模式、搭建南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的协同机制、增加南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的方式等对策,切实提高南泥湾精神融入大学生思想政治教育的实效性。

The spirit of Nanniwan was formed in the practice of Chinese people's revolution led by the Communist Party of China, and its value concept and spiritual connotation are high-quality resources for ideological and political education of college students. By promoting the application and practice of the value of Nanniwan spiritual ideological and political education in college students, carrying forward the spirit of Nanniwan is conducive to college students' firm ideals and beliefs, inheriting the fine tradition of the Communist Party of China, further improving the educational effect of ideological and political education, and better implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people. By referring to the relevant literature and the summary results of the questionnaire survey, and drawing on the research results of different disciplines and the successful practice of other red spirits in ideological and political education on university campuses at the present stage, this paper studies the current situation of Nanywan Spirit's integration into the ideological and political education of college students under the background of the new era.

The article is mainly elaborated from the following five parts: The introduction part elaborates the research background and other contents of the article, and sorts out the domestic and foreign research status of the integration of Nanniwan spirit into the ideological and political education of college students, so as to determine the research ideas and innovations of the article. The second part summarizes the spirit of Nanniwan and its related theories. First of all, this paper combs the relevant theoretical knowledge of Nanniwan spirit. Secondly, the paper discusses the relationship between Nanniwan Spirit, ideological and political pedagogy theory and socialist advanced culture, and provides theoretical basis for explaining the educational value of Nanniwan Spirit in the process of ideological and political education of college students. The third part analyzes the feasibility and necessity of integrating Nanniwan Spirit into college students' ideological and political education. Based on the common points of Nanniwan Spirit and ideological and political education of college students, this paper analyzes the feasibility of its integration into the ideological and political education of college students, and then discusses the necessity of this revolutionary spirit in the process of ideological and political education of college students by focusing on the value significance of different levels of Nanniwan spirit. The fourth part makes a systematic analysis of the current situation of Nanniwan spirit's integration into college students' ideological and political education. In the process of integrating the spirit of Nanniwan into the ideological and political education of college students, there are some problems: students' awareness of the spirit of Nanniwan is not high, the spirit of Nanniwan is not fully integrated into the ideological and political teaching, the influence of the spirit of Nanniwan in campus culture is weak, and students' awareness of practical application and self-education needs to be strengthened. The fifth part explores the countermeasures of integrating the spirit of Nanniwan into the ideological and political education of college students, and puts forward the solid foundation of consolidating the spirit of Nanniwan into the ideological and political education of college students, adjusting the mode of integrating the spirit of Nanniwan into the ideological and political education of college students, building the collaborative mechanism of integrating the spirit of Nanniwan into the ideological and political education of college students, and increasing the integration of the spirit of Nanniwan into the ideological and political education of college students The method of education and other countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of Nanniwan spirit into the ideological and political education of college students.
