截割部壳体是采煤机截割部传动部件的载体,其制造质量对截割部的载荷分配、承载能力及使用寿命等均有很大的影响。因此,研究采煤机截割部壳体的可靠性并采取措施对壳体关键部位电机孔系同轴度的精度予以保证就显得至关重要。在机械传动中,同轴度是一个非常重要的形位公差。若偏差超过允许范围,则在后期使用过程中会产生高温、噪音、振动、磨损等隐患,加速设备损坏。 本课题研究了采煤机截割部壳体的技术要求及加工工艺流程,从加工误差、工艺系统的几何精度、受力变形和热变形、同轴度测量等方面分析了孔系同轴度误差产生的原因。通过升级加工设备精度、优化同轴度精度设计及改进工艺过程中的加工余量、切削用量、零件装夹及找正规范、增加冷却液等措施,保证了孔系的同轴度精度要求。此外,根据三坐标测量仪的工作原理与特点,通过增加基准孔截面的测量距离、选取多个截面、建立公共轴线的方式,减小了测量过程对同轴度误差的影响,确保测量结果准确地反映壳体孔系的同轴度误差。 通过本课题的研究,确定了合理的同轴度设计精度,提出了合理的加工工艺优化措施和测量改进方法,确保了壳体孔系同轴度的精度要求,对于降低生产成本、提升采煤机截割部的可靠性和延长零部件的使用寿命具有重要意义,解决了长年影响公司产品质量的实际问题。

The shell of the rocker arm is a carrier of the transmission parts of the shearer cutting part. The manufacturing quality of the rocker arm is greatly influenced by the load distribution,the load carrying capacity and the service life of the cutting part. Therefore,it is very important to study the reliability of the shell of shearer cutting unit and to take measures to ensure the accuracy of the coaxial degree of the key parts of the shell. In mechanical transmission,the coaxial degree is a very important form and position tolerance. If the deviation exceeds the allowable range,it will produce high temperature,noise,vibration,wear and other hidden dangers in the later use,which can accelerate the equipment damage. This topic research the shell coal winning machine cutting part of the technical requirements and processing process,from the machining error,the geometric accuracy of the process system,mechanical deformation and thermal deformation,alignment,measurement, etc,this article analyzes the reasons that the hole is the alignment error. By upgrading precision processing equipment,optimize the design of the alignment accuracy and improve the processing technology in the process of machining allowance,cutting dosage,parts clamping and looking for is standard,increasing the cooling fluid,guarantee the alignment precision of the hole is required. In addition,according to the working principle and characteristics of measuring instrument,by increasing the measuring distance of base hole section, select two section, to establish a common axis way, reduces the measuring process of the effect of alignment error,truthfully and accurately reflect the shell hole measurement results to ensure that the system of alignment error. Through this topic research,the reasonable design precision of coaxiality is determined,the reasonable processing technology optimization measures and the improved measurement methods are put forward,ensure the accuracy of shell hole series coaxial degree,to reduce the production cost,improve the reliability of coal winning machine cutting part,and extend the service life of components is of great significance to solve the practical problems affecting the quality of the products of the company for years.
