供应商对于企业来说是物流源头,更是提高其竞争力的战略筹码。并且随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,顾客对于产品的需求变的更加多样化、个性化。面对这种情况,企业想要赢得更高的利润就要采取缩短交货期、提高产品质量和降低成本等措施来快速应变市场的需求。所以对供应商进行良好的管理,可影响其能否建立一支稳定可靠、共同发展的供应商队伍,也是提高企业利润的源头和提升企业产品质量的关键,更是确保企业竞争力的有力保障。
本文是基于淄矿集团信息化平台,针对集团物料供应领域上万供应商的评价而进行系统的研究与设计的。因为煤炭企业的生产和运作比较复杂多变,大到采煤机、掘进机等生产设备,小到锚杆、接头等零部件都有不同地域、不同生产规模的供应商供应,所以为了使企业中海量的物资能够更直观、方便、合理的选取其所需的供应商,本文选择了在大数据的存储和处理上的很有优势的Hadoop平台对企业产生的大量物资和供应商数据进行分析处理。论文首先分析了企业在物料采购中供应商选择的相关情况,设计了供应商评价指标模型。其次通过对当前大数据的发展和应用以及Hadoop的相关技术进行分析,提出了利用Hive结合Hadoop的方式对供应商和物资等数据进行集成分析,并将其存储在HDFS上,然后对所要选择的供应商通过拥有强大学习能力的BP神经网络算法结合MapReduce的方式进行分类处理,并得出供应商的评价结果,最后基于Spring MVC架构对供应商评价系统进行设计与实现,该系统包含登陆页面、用户管理、角色管理和供应商评价结果查询等功能。可使企业对供应商的评价选择更加科学、全面、客观和准确。

And along with the increasingly fierce market competition, customer demand for products become more diversification and individuation. Faced with this situation, you want to win a higher corporate profits should be taken to shorten the delivery time, improve product quality and reduce the cost of other measures to the rapid response to market demand. Therefore, the suppliers of good management, the key to its ability to establish a stable and reliable supplier of common development team,which is the source of corporate profits to improve and enhance product quality, but also to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises effective protection .
This article is based on the Zibo Mining Group's information technology platform for the Group's areas of square Supplies supplier evaluation and systematic research and design.Because the production and operation of coal enterprises relatively complex, from large Shearer, boring machines and other production equipment, to small bolt, fittings and other parts have different regions, different production scale suppliers to supply, Therefore, in order to make the enterprise in the vast amounts of material can be more intuitive, convenient, reasonable selection of the suppliers, the paper chose on the large data storage and processing is of great advantage of Hadoop platform for the enterprise to produce the large amount of material and supplier data analysis process. Paper first analyzes the related situation of enterprises in the purchase of material supplier selection and supplier evaluation model is designed. Secondly based on the current development and application of big data and Hadoop related technologies were analyzed, and puts forward the Hive combined with the Hadoop way to supplier and supplies such as data integration analysis, and store it on the HDFS, then to select the suppliers by having strong learning ability of the BP neural network algorithm is combined with the form of graphs classification processing, and supplier evaluation results are obtained. Finally, based on Spring MVC framework for supplier evaluation system design and implementationlier evaluati, the system includes landing page, user management, role management and supp on results query, and other functions. Allows companies to evaluate the selection of suppliers is more scientific, comprehensive, objective and accurate.
