输配电网分析平台能对输配电系统进行分析和仿真,从而可以克服输配电网的事故隐患、节约电能、保证输配电过程的安全、可靠,是提高输配电网系统管理水平的重要工具。以往的输配电网分析软件存在着通用性差、功能单一、难以扩展等缺点,因此开发具有开放性、可扩展性和可维护性的输配电网分析平台,具有重要理论意义和实际应用价值。 首先针对输配电网分析平台开放性和扩展性的要求,对平台所要遵循IEC61970 系列标准中的公共信息模型(CIM)和组件接口规范(CIS)进行了总结和分析;然后根据平台架构、功能和性能需求,选择了CIS中的高速数据访问接口(HSDA)实现与客户端通信;采用Microsoft的WCF技术作为通信载体;同时对HSDA和WCF技术特点展开研究。设计了采用用户/角色/权限模式的输配电网分析平台的用户权限管理组件,提高平台的安全性。 在Visual Studio 2008 下,利用C#编写了HSDA接口的客户端和服务端程序,运用.NET Framework3.5提供的WCF技术实现客户端与服务端数据通信;用一个电网实例,对接口、WCF功能和性能进行测试;并且对用户权限管理进行功能测试;验证了接口与通信工具、和权限管理功能的正确性。

The transmission and distribution network analysis platform can analyse and simulate transmission and distribution network system, overcome hidden accident, which is important method to improve transmission and distribution power grid management lever. The transmission and distribution power grid analysis software, in the past, exised some disadvantages, for example, worse openess, single function, difficult extension and maintenance. So exploiting the transmission and distribution power grid service platform which is universality, interactive, distributed has important theorectical significance and interactive value. At first, according to the demand of transmission and distribution network analysis platform openess and expansibility, the criterion IEC 61970 common information model and interface which is followed to establish model is summarized and analysed. Then, based on the platform structure, function and performance demands, chose the high-speed data access interface(HSDA) of the CIS, and Microsoft launched WCF technology as the communication tools, and the HSDA and WCF technical characteristics are summarized. The design by the user/role model of transmission and distribution network analysis platform the user's authority management, improve the security of the platform. In the Visual Studio 2008,using of C# written the HSDA interface of the client and the server program, use. NET Framework3.5 provide WCF technology to the client and the server data communication, built a power grid examples, docking port and WCF performance test, and the user's authority management to develop a functional test, verify the interface, communication tools meet the requirements, and the correctness of the authority management function.
