开关磁阻电机(SRM)结构简单坚固、调速性能优异,系统可靠性高。因其在现代电气传动中异军突起,而备受关注。但是其特有的双凸极结构和工作方式,导致这种新型电机具有较强的非线性特性,其性能和控制方式与传统电机有明显不同,也就造成它的电磁噪声较大,导致电磁噪声的主要因素是径向力波和转矩波动。文中从电机本身结构出发,探讨了通过优化电机结构改善开关磁阻电机电磁噪声的方法。
开关磁阻电机的电磁设计是电机设计的基础,也是电机优化设计的根本出发点。本文分析了开关磁阻电机的电磁设计方法,对电机各部分结构参数的选择和确定进行了详细论述。依据开关磁阻电机的电磁设计方法,进行了样机的设计,在有限元分析软件环境下建立了电机的模型,对电机的磁场分布、静态特性、动态特性进行了仿真分析,对具有不同绕组结构的开关磁阻电机进行了性能的仿真分析和对比。减小开关磁阻电机的电磁噪声是电机优化设计的首要任务。本文对开关磁阻电机的电磁噪声来源及降噪措施进行了综述。对开关磁阻电机的定、转子结构进行了优化设计,在常规结构的开关磁阻电机基础上进行了改进,在定子磁极上添加锲形角,使定、转子磁极接触时多一个缓冲区域,降低转矩突变;在转子凸极与转子轴中心的径向直线上,设置无填充物的圆孔。利用空气磁导率小于铁芯磁导率的原理,减小定子、转子凸极处于对齐位置时的磁链大小,进而改善径向磁力的分布,达到缓解定子机壳形变,降低电机电磁噪声的目的。分析总结改良结构的优缺点,明确后续的研究方向。

The structure of Switched Reluctance Motor is simple, with good performance and high reliability. Because of its good performance in modern electrical drive, has attracted more and more attention. It has double salient poles structure and operates with a switched power supply, these inherent identities bring a non-liner saturation characteristic of switched reluctance motor’s electromagnetic field. In this paper, starting from the motor itself structure, discusses the methods to improve the switch reluctance motor electromagnetic noise by optimizing the structure of the motor.
Switched reluctance motor’s electromagnetism design is the basis of motor design, also is the starting point of its optimal design. The electromagnetism design method is introduced; structural parameters of the motor selection are discussed step-by-step in detail. A prototype motor’s frame is built according to the design methodology, and finite element simulation analysis of the prototype motor. The magnetic field distribution, static performances, dynamic performances are simulated and investigated, also, motor with two different winding constructers are simulated and compared. Reduce the electromagnetic noise of switched reluctance motor is the primary task of the optimization design of the motor. Of the switch reluctance motor electromagnetic noise sources and noise reduction measures are reviewed. The switched reluctance motor stator and rotor structure optimized design, puts forward the structure of a switched reluctance motor, Based on the conventional structure of switched reluctance motor on, add the wedge shape on the stator poles, the rotor pole angle, make constant contact a buffer area, reduce the torque mutation. Set circular holes on the rotor without filling materials to reduce the magnetic flux at the aligned position, the circle center locates at the cross point of rotor pole center line and axis concentric circle. Based on the permeability theory, reduce the magnetic flux at the aligned position; further more reduce the radial force amplitude from the motor’s noise origin. Analyze the advantages and the disadvantages of the improved structure. We can clear the direction of further research.
