我国现有的矿灯充电架电源绝大多数使用线性电源,可为100多盏矿灯同时充电,存在能耗大、效率低、体积大、成本高等不足,因此,本文研制一种用于矿灯充电架的开关电源,代替传统的线性电源,对于节能降耗,提高充电效率具有十分重要的意义。
本文在分析充电架用电源电压低、电流大、功率高等特点的基础上,首先根据开关电源的原理,提出了低电压大电流的大功率充电电源方案并进行了设计。通过电路设计,参数优选,研制了整流滤波电路,使开机浪涌电流得到了抑制,把交流电变换成了高压直流电,供给 DC/DC变换器;通过计算和筛选,确定了大功率DC/DC变换模块,作为主电路的功率元件,将高压整流滤波电路产生的高压直流电变成高频脉冲直流电,送到主变压器变换成低频脉冲直流电;采用降压电路控制芯片UC3573和电压补偿原理设计了小功率DC/DC变换器电路,为辅助电路提供电源;采用均流控制芯片UC3907设计了电源的均流控制电路,使功率模块具有可并联功能,实现了整机电源模块并联组成的大功率的电源系统。提出了抑制开关电源的电磁干扰措施,对减少开关电源的损耗至关重要;散热器以及风扇的使用,起到了双重散热的功效。
研制的样机在实验室的运行结果表明,该系统实现了设计要求的功能,且结构简单,性价比高,维护方便,适用性强。

The power for lamp-charging rack is a regulated power supply in our country in most cases now,and one hundred lamp can be charged by it at the same time. Because the regulated power supply has many defects, such as much energy consumption,low efficient, large in volume, high costs, and so on, a kind of switch power for lamp-charging rack is developed, and replace conventional regulated power supply. It has most important meaning that the switch power saves energy, reduce deterioration and increase charger’s efficiency.
By analyzing switch power’s features which are low electric voltage and big electric current. Firstly, the essay presents charging power design scheme which has the characteristics of low voltage, big current and large power according to the principle of the switch power, and design scheme is demonstrated. The rectifier filter’s circuit is developed through current design and parameters optimization, the surge current is quenched and the AC voltage is transferred into high DC voltage to supply the DC/DC converter. The big power DC/ DC transformation model is chosen as power cell of main electric circuit through calculation and screen sizing. High DC voltage which is generated by high voltage rectifier filter current is converted into a high frequency impulse DC voltage and the result is sent to the main transformer to be converted into low frequency impulse DC voltage. The step-down controller UC3573 and voltage compensation principle are adopted to design the small power DC/DC converter circuit which provides auxiliary circuit of power. The current-sharing controller UC3907 is adopted to design the current-sharing circuit for power supply, it can realize parallel multi-module to compose power supply system much more huge than one module. The measures to reject electromagnetism interference of switch power are presented, this is vital to reducing the switch power’s deterioration. It produces well functions because of the choosing of radiator and fans.
The results of practical operation have manifested the system can achieve demands of design, and it has the characteristics of simple structure,high ratio of performance to price, convenient maintenance and extensive applicability.
