随着各种新型整流设备的广泛应用,电网中密集的冲击性负荷不断投入运行以及供配电线路本身的不平衡,激化了谐波污染、三相不平衡度、电压和频率偏差等电能质量问题,对电网的正常运行带来了非常严重的危害。因此,对电网的电能质量进行实时监测具有非常重要的意义。
本文分析了电能质量问题的国内外发展状况,以电能质量国家系列标准为依据,设计了基于嵌入式的电能质量监测系统的采集终端,并采用LabVIEW实现对电能质量的分析与显示。其中,参数监测终端以Arduino Due和电表芯片ATT7022C为双核架构核心,实现对三相电压、电流、功率、频率、三相不平衡度等参数的高精度测量、分析与传输。上位机监测软件实现了对电参数的计算、显示、报警与谐波分析,完成了对电能质量指标的有效评价。
本文结合电压偏差、频率偏差、三相不平衡度和谐波分析方法,设计了一套切实可行的电网电能质量监测系统。经测试表明,该系统能够实现较高精度要求下的电网质量监测,为电网的安全稳定和可靠性运行提供了支持。

With the wide application of the new rectifier equipment, intensive grid impact load continuously operational and supply imbalance distribution line itself, intensified harmonic pollution, phase unbalance, voltage and frequency deviation of power quality problems for the normal operation of the power grid has brought serious harm. Therefore, the grid power quality real-time monitoring has very important significance.
This paper analyzes the development of power quality problems at home and abroad to the national series of power quality criteria, designed collection terminal based on embedded power quality monitoring system, and using LabVIEW realizes the power quality analysis and display. Among them, parameter monitoring and metering terminal for Arduino Due ATT7022C dual-core chip architecture core, to reach high-precision measurement of three-phase voltage, current, power, frequency, phase imbalance and other parameters, analysis and transmission. PC monitoring software enables the calculation of the electrical parameters, display, alarm and harmonic analysis, to arrive at a comprehensive evaluation of power quality indicators.
In this paper, with voltage deviation, frequency deviation, phase unbalance and harmonic analysis, design a feasible power quality monitoring system. The tests show that this system can achieve high accuracy request of power quality monitoring,provides the security and stability of the power grid operation support.
