煤矿主通风机承担矿井通风的任务,随着矿井的不断延伸和采掘工作面布置的变化,所需风量也随之变化,采掘工作面及系统巷道风量、风速过大、过高或少风、微风均会给安全生产带来一定隐患,甚至造成事故。因此,矿井总体风量调节必须根据采掘变化随之调整,且必须符合《煤矿安全规程》相关规定,而具备调速功能的主通风机是解决矿井风量调节的最佳手段,同时配套通风机在线监控系统将会使通风机的运行、维护、管理得到显著提升,有效降低通风机故障停机率,真正意义上实现预防性检修。 论文深入分析了大水头煤矿井下东采区通风系统以及东风井主通风机电控系统的现状,针对井下东采区通风系统存在的风量不足、风速较低、温度偏高、各工作面瓦斯超限以及东风井主通风机供风量不足、电控系统落后、低压直接启动冲击电流大、无法调速等问题,通过研究、分析高压变频调速系统在矿井通风机上的技术应用和原理,提出了东风井主通风机变频调速改造方案,完成了通风机及电控系统的升级改造工作。同时,针对改造后的通风机及其电控系统设计实施了通风机在线监控系统,实现了通风机运行状态在线监控,实时掌握通风机及其电控系统运行状态,所采用的新技术、新方法是矿井通风安全的必要技术保障。 通过以上简要描述和实施的工作,有效解决了大水头煤矿井下东采区通风系统及东风井通风机电控系统存在的安全隐患,为矿井通风系统的安全稳定运行提供了可靠保障。

ABSTRACT The mine main ventilator undertakes the task of mine ventilation. As mine constant extension and the changes of the mining face layout, the required air volume also changes. If air volume and velocity are excessive, high or too few, breeze will bring hidden dangers to safety production, and even cause accidents in the mining face and system roadway. Therefore, adjustment of mine air volume must be adjusted according to driving changes, and must comply with the relevant provisions of the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines". The main ventilator with speed regulation function is the best means to solve adjustment of mine air volume. At the same time, matching the on-line monitoring system of ventilator will significantly improve the operation, maintenance and management level of ventilator, and can effectively reduce the ventilator failure shutdown rate, in a real sense to achieve preventive maintenance. In this study, we deeply analyses the ventilation system of the east mining area and the present situation of the main ventilator electric control system of the east ventilation shaft in Dashuitou Coal Mine. Aiming at the problems existing in ventilation system in east mining area of underground mine, such as insufficient air volume, low wind speed, high temperature and gas exceeding the limit of each working face. As well as the problems existing in the main ventilator of east ventilation shaft, such as insufficient air supply, backward electronic control system, high impulse current of low-voltage direct start, unable to adjust speed, etc. We analyzed the application and principle of high-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation system in mine ventilator, put forward the transformation scheme of frequency conversion speed regulation of main ventilator in the east ventilation shaft, and completed the upgrading and transformation of ventilator and electronic control system. At the same time, the ventilator on-line monitoring system was designed and implemented for the reformed ventilator and its electronic control system, which realizes on-line monitoring of the operation status of the ventilator so that we can master the operating status of the ventilator and its electronic control system in real time. The new technologies and methods adopted in the above contents are the necessary technical guarantee for mine ventilation safety. Through the above brief description and implementation work, we can effectively solved security risks in ventilation system of the east mining area and the ventilator electric control system of the east ventilation shaft in Dashuitou Coal Mine. These works provide a reliable guarantee for the safe and stable operation of mine ventilation system.
