摘 要 随着计算机、通信、电子技术、多媒体技术的不断进步,无线传感器网络得到了空前发展,ZigBee技术作为新兴的短距离无线通信技术,已广泛应用于卫生医疗监测领域。 为了实现家庭远程监护,通过对ZigBee无线传感器网络的拓扑分析,提出一种应用于家庭的基于ZigBee技术的远程医疗监护节点的设计方案。 该方案采用了ZigBee无线传感器网络技术、EDGE通信技术和ARM9嵌入式Linux系统等关键技术,设计了医疗传感器节点和家庭网关节点。两者组成点对点的无线传感器网络。医疗传感器节点即无线传感器网络中的终端节点,主要负责采集被监护人的脉搏信息并通过ZigBee无线方式将数据传输给家庭网关。在监测的同时,病人在家中的活动不受影响。网关节点是具有协调器功能的节点,以ARM9 S3C2410为核心处理器,内嵌Linux系统能够实现与传感器节点的ZigBee通信并且可以通过EDGE方式或者以太网完成信息数据的远程传输。家庭网关可以在患者感觉不适时实施报警。 文中的测试是在实验室搭建的一个测试环境中进行的,主要测试传感器节点和网关节点的通信,EDGE模块的无线数据传输和基于CS8900A的以太网的通信。经过测试,本方案取得了良好的效果,完成了预期的目标。该系统可以满足实时、连续、长时间监护病人的生理信息,因此可以应用到医疗监护以及运动监测等领域。

ABSTRACT With the development of the computer, communications, electronics, multimedia technology, wireless sensor networks has become a key technologies as for family-oriented health information monitoring system. ZigBee technology as a new short-range wireless communications technology is suitable for health care monitoring. In order to achieve medical treatment at home, through analyzing topology of the zigbee wireless sensor network, a remote medical care node design based on zigbee technology is presented. The project combines with ZigBee wireless sensor network technology, EDGE communication technology and ARM9 Embedded Linux system. The design consists of the medical sensor nodes and home gateway nodes, which makes up wireless sensor networks with point to point. Medical sensor nodes or the wireless sensor terminal nodes is mainly responsible for collecting the pulse information of the patient and data is transfered to the home gateway through ZigBee wireless. while monitoring the patient ,patient can do everything at home .The gateway node is a coordinated function of the node to the core ARM9 S3C2410 processor, embedded Linux system can realize ZigBee communicate of the sensor nodes, and completed physiological information data remote transmission by EDGE mode or Ethernet. And health threshold value in the gateway is set, when the information collected exceeds the health threshold,the alarm will take place. Subject is tested in the laboratory,which includes communications between testing sensor node and gateway node, wireless data transmission of EDGE module and Ethernet communication on CS8900A. By testing, the system has achieved excellent result,and completed the desired target. This topic can meet the real-time, continuous, long time patient physiological information monitoring, it can be applied to the medical care and Motion detection fields.
