10kV配网是供电的最基本单元,同时也是供电网络的神经末梢,因其地理环境复杂,覆盖面广、设备安装分散、加之末端低压用户众多等,一直是电力企业实现配电网远程监控系统的盲区,同时也给企业运行管理带来了一定的难度。 农村电网虽然经过多次升级改造,由于没有得到合理规划和设计,加之线路设备选型差异化较大,导致电网结构不合理,运行方式不灵活,开关保护混乱,尤其是线路发生跳闸、接地故障后,往往一停一线,一停一片,严重地制约当地经济的发展。文中通过对当前武功县域10kV配电网现状的分析,提出了建设县域10kV配网监控系统的必要性和迫切性,利用基于FTU实测电网暂态数据建立故障信息特征矩阵,确定线路故障点所在的区段,从而达到故障定位。并通过对武功县域电网远程监控系统的设计和应用,取得了预期的目的。 武功县域10kV配网远程监控系统的建成,彻底解决了县级调度“盲调”问题,降低了运行维护人员的劳动强度,提高了电网的供电可靠性,大幅度地提升了电力企业管理效率和形象,给企业带来了巨大的经济效益。

10kV distribution network is the most basic unit of power supply, and it is also the nerve endpoint of power supply network. Because of its complex geographical environment, wide coverage, scattered installation of equipment, and numerous low-voltage end users, it has been a blind area for power enterprises to realize remote monitoring system of distribution network, and it also brings some difficulties to the operation and management of enterprises. Although the rural power grid has been upgraded many times, due to the lack of reasonable planning and design, as well as the large difference of line equipment selection, the structure of the power grid is unreasonable, the operation mode is not flexible, and the switch protection is confused. Especially when the line trips and grounding faults occur, it often stops one line at a time and one piece at a time, which seriously restricts the development of the local economy. Based on the analysis of the current situation of 10kV distribution network in Wugong County, the necessity and urgency of constructing 10kV distribution network monitoring system in Wugong County are put forward. The fault information characteristic matrix is established based on the transient data of the power network measured by FTU, and the fault location of the line is determined. Through the design and application of Wugong county power grid remote monitoring system, the expected purpose has been achieved. The construction of remote monitoring system for 10kV distribution network in Wugong County has thoroughly solved the problem of "blind adjustment" of county dispatching, reduced the labor intensity of operation and maintenance personnel, improved the reliability of power supply of power grid, greatly improved the efficiency and image of power enterprise management, and brought huge economic benefits to enterprises.
