既有建筑物的加固改造是目前建筑工程中新兴的行业之一,其中混凝土结构约占50%以上。因此,加固混凝土构件的动力性能研究,新旧混凝土结合面施工工艺作法的改进,计算理论和方法的完善,是目前国内外结构工程学科研究的重要课题之一。 本论文通过结构低周反复加载试验与数值模拟方法对传统的加大截面法和改进的加大截面法加固混凝土构件进行了动力性能研究,研究表明:与传统加大截面法相比,改进的加大截面法加固混凝土柱的动力性能有了较大提高,其中延性提高约17%,耗能性能提高约14.7%,屈服承载力提高约23%,极限承载力提高约17%,原因在于植筋钢筋的暗销作用,增强了新旧混凝土的协同工作能力;建议对公式中新加混凝土和纵向钢筋强度折减系数进行修正,取值宜在0.95~0.96;由于试验中主要发生的是柱底压碎破坏或弯曲破坏,建议加固时柱底植筋加密,间距宜在100mm~150mm之间;试件新旧结合面处理施工工艺作法能够保证新旧结合面具有良好的粘结性能。 上述研究成果对新旧混凝土协同工作的动力性能的进一步深入研究,完善混凝土结构加固设计规范具有一定的参考价值,为混凝土结构加固改造工程设计和施工提供参考。

The old building's reinforcement is one of emerging professions in the present architectural engineering, and the concrete structure approximately composes above 50%. So the research on reinforcement concretes component's dynamic performance and improvement the construction craft methods about new and old concretes junction plane, and consummation computation theory and method are one of important topics in the present domestic and foreign structural engineering discipline. This article researches on concretes component’s dynamic performance by the tradition method of enlarging sections and the improved method of enlarging sections through the structure low frequency cyclic loading test and the numerical simulation method, and the research indicate: Comparing with the tradition method of Enlarging sections, Reinforcement concrete column’s the dynamic performance have enhanced greatly through the improvement method of enlarging sections, and the ductility is enhanced by approximately 17%, energy dissipation capacity is enhanced by approximately 14.7%, the yield capacity is enhanced by approximately 23%, the ultimate capacity is enhanced by approximately 17%, the reason lies in plants reinforcement bar’s the wooden key function, Strengthening new and old concretes joint operation ability; It suggests that the new concretes and the longitudinal reinforcement intensity reduction coefficient carries on in the formula, the value in 0.95~0.96; Because the experiment mainly occurs squash destroys or the bending destroys in the base of column ,it suggests that the base of planting reinforcement bar should intensified, the spacing is between 100mm~150mm; The test sample’s new and old junction plane processing and construction craft method can guarantee that the new and old junction plane had the good bonding properties. The above research results have definite reference value for the new and old concretes coordination's dynamic performance, and perfecting the structure design standard of concrete structure. It also can supply consult for the design and construction of the reinforcement and modification engineering.
