金鸡滩煤矿2-2上煤采用大采高综采,区段煤柱尺寸留设问题一直是制约矿井安全高效生产的重要因素之一。对金鸡滩煤矿2-2上煤工作面合理区段煤柱留设的研究,不仅对煤炭资源回收率的提高有重要意义,而且也对接续工作面区段煤柱的合理留设具有推广价值。 本文以榆神矿区金鸡滩煤矿2-2上煤大采高综采工作面区段煤柱为主要研究对象,通过理论分析计算、现场实测、数值模拟以及现场工业性试验等多种研究手段,对区段煤柱的合理留设进行了深入的研究。分析研究了区段煤柱一侧采空后,另一侧回采巷道变形情况以及煤柱应力分布特征。提出了适用于金鸡滩煤矿2-2上煤大采高工作面合理区段煤柱的留设方案。通过现场实测区段煤柱侧向支承压力分布,分析当前煤柱留设宽度的合理性。采用理论计算、数值模拟分析以及现场试验多种研究方法,对实现区段煤柱稳定的合理宽度进行研究。研究表明:在回采巷道支护条件不变的情况下,区段煤柱按25m(实体煤宽度)留设是稳定、合理的,可以保证工作面正常生产。研究成果解决了金鸡滩煤矿2-2上煤工作面区段煤柱合理留设的技术难题,也为今后榆神矿区类似条件下区段煤柱的合理留设设计积累了经验。

Jinjitan coal mine 2-2 coal is fully mechanized mining, The problem of the size of coal pillar is one of the important factors that restrict the safe and efficient production of the mine. Therefore, of Jinjitan mine 2-2 coal working face reasonable section coal pillar design research, not only to improve the recovery rate of coal resources have important significance, but also to continue the reasonable working face of section coal pillar design and provide a theoretical basis. At the same time, research results in Yushen mining area similar engineering geological conditions of the mine has extensive application value. In this paper, In Yushen mining area in Jinjitan coal mine 2-2 coal working face with large mining height of coal pillar as the main research object , through theoretical analysis calculation, field test, numerical simulation and on-site industrial test a variety of research tools, of section coal pillar reasonable design in-depth study. The deformation of coal pillar and the distribution of stress in coal pillar are analyzed and studied. The design scheme for Jinjitan coal mine 2-2 coal mining face with large mining height rational section coal pillar. Practice shows that: under the condition of constant support condition, the section coal pillar according to 25m (solid coal width) is stable and reasonable, which can ensure the normal production of working face. The research results to solve the 2-2 coal working face of Jinjitan coal mine section coal pillar remaining reasonable design of technical problems, also under the similar conditions in the future of section coal pillar design reasonable retainment of accumulated experience.
