近年来,随着新能源产业的发展,尤其是光伏发电产业取得了飞速发展。光伏发电具有无污染、维护简单、资源永不枯竭和资源分布广泛等特点,然而在光伏发电系统中,需要数量庞大的光伏电池组件通过串并组合后才能达到实际需要的电压和电流,如何有效的监测各个光伏发电阵列汇流的工作情况,是光伏发电系统必须解决的问题之一。
本文对光伏发电系统的电池组件以及电池阵列的组成进行了分析与研究,以有效的监测光伏发电系统中的电池阵列汇流的工作情况为出发点,根据光伏发电系统的实际需求,研究基于ARM的光伏汇流监测系统。
首先,通过对光伏发电技术和嵌入式技术的发展进行了讨论,引出光伏发电系统中对光伏电池阵列汇流工作情况监测的重要意义。通过实际给定参数分析了光伏电池组件的等效电路模型得出光伏电池组件的伏安特性,在此基础上分析了光伏发电系统的组成以及光伏汇流的必要性,制定总体设计方案。
其次,本文分别对通信采集单元和汇流电流采集单元进行研究与设计。通信采集单元的硬件设计是基于ARM内核,软件系统采用Linux多任务操作系统,并通过对进程调度的研究、系统移植以及交叉开发平台的建立,实现多线程应用程序的设计改善通信采集单元的响应速度。通过系统需求分析,研究并设计光伏汇流采集单元,选择合理的器件,实现汇流采集单元的硬件与软件设计,并通过程序算法改进汇流采集单元的静态特性。
最后,根据实际工程需求,选择通信方式并在各单元之间进行数据交互,建立Modbus通信协议,设计计算机应用程序,调试并实现汇流采集单元,通信采集单元以及计算机组成监测系统对光伏发电阵列的汇流支路电流和电压等进行监测。

Secondly, research and design of communication acquisition unit and the convergence of current acquisition unit.The hardware design of the communications acquisition unit is based on the ARM core,The software system uses the Linux multitasking operating system,And through the study of process scheduling,The establishment of the system migration and cross.development platform, multi.threaded applications designed to improve the response speed of the communications acquisition unit.System requirements analysis, research and design of photovoltaic convergence acquisition unit, select a reasonable device to achieve the convergence of the acquisition unit hardware and software design, and static characteristics of the program algorithm to improve convergence of the acquisition unit.
