矿井提升机是矿山最重要的设备,肩负着矿石、物料、人员等的运输责任。传统矿井提升机电控系统采用绕线式转子串电阻调速,控制线路复杂、调速性能较差、故障率高、电能浪费大、效率低等缺点。因此对矿井提升机控制系统进行研究具有现实意义。 本文以PLC为提升机电控系统控制核心器件,采用基于矢量控制的变频调速系统对原有的调速控制系统进行改造。论文根据矿用提升机的运行特性要求,对变频器和PLC进行选型,并对系统的软、硬件进行设计,其中包括检测模块、控制模块、保护模块、显示模块和抗干扰模块的设计,最后进行系统集成和调试。 实际运行结果表明,该系统运行可靠、安全性高、控制灵活、节能显著,控制性能明显优于传统的TDK控制系统,提高了矿井提升系统的自动化水平。

The mine hoist is the most important key equipment in the mine and it shoulders the responsibility of transporting ore、material and people.Tranditional TDK electric control system is used in tranditional control system,and uses cascade speed regulation as its control pattern.Thus,large AC contactors and DC timing relay are usually used in control system,but the control circuit is complicated and has a low performance of speed regulation.This kind of control system has many shortcomings,such as low reliability、complex operations、high failure rate、high waste of electric power and inefficiency.So it is vital to do research on hoist control system. With the continuous development of computer and PLC technology,it has become imperative to change the tranditional equipment of mine by using advanced control technology. It not only improves the control performance of mine hoist,but also makes the whole control system to be a high level in automation、safety and reliability. This paper makes an modification to existed speed control system based on vector control and frequency control. The whole hardwares of mine hoist control system are made of transducer、programmable controller、driver platform、supervisory system and the part of mechanical transmission.Considering the wretched conditons where the control system is used,I adopt some measures on protection and anti-jamming.In the course of designing the software,recovery processing block is added to the system so as to improve the safety and reliability of operating system. Mine hoist frequency converter control system based on PLC has being used more than a year in YuLin.The application of the control system shows that the control system designed in this paper has high reliability 、apparent effect of energy conservation and it is easy to use.
