高压输电线路作为电力系统中的枢纽干线,其故障直接威胁着现代电力系统的安全,当故障发生时,难以快速、准确地进行故障诊断,专家系统是人工智能中最重要、最活跃的一个应用领域,能够利用专家系统来处理输电线路出现的问题。
论文在分析输电线路故障特点的基础上,比较了传统的故障诊断方法,研究了专家系统的技术优势,结合人工智能、数据库技术和模糊理论等深入研究了专家系统的知识库与推理机,设计了输电线路故障诊断专家系统,采用面向对象的技术,开发了使知识库独立于推理机的输电线路故障诊断专家系统,并在实验室环境下进行了功能与性能试验。
开发的专家系统经过大量的故障样本试验,结果证明能准确的判断故障类型,达到了预期的目标。设计得专家系统还有效解决了知识获取的瓶颈问题,且具有很好的扩充性。

As the hub of Power delivery system, high-volt transmission-line plays an important role so that its fault will threaten the safety of modern power system. When a fault in transmission-line occurs, it becomes very hard to identify fault fast and correctly. One of the most important and active in artificial intelligence application areas is expert systems (ES). More problems of transmission-line can be solved by expert system.
According to the features of the transmission line’s fault, a few of traditional fault-diagnosis methods are compared, and export system is researched which is more advantage than traditional methods. Combine with artificial intelligence, database and fuzzy theory, this paper construct a general fault diagnosis expert system model which the knowledge management system be independent of the inference mechanism. And the fault diagnosis expert system was designed using object oriented programming, function and performance has been test in laboratory environment.
With adapting a series of fault types to knowledge sample, the transmission line fault diagnosis expert system can accurately evaluate fault types, achieve anticipated goal. And high performance knowledge acquisition module have constructed, this model has the better and expandability.
