论文利用单片机技术、信号变送技术、大电流变换技术、虚拟仪器技术以及CAN总线设计了一种新型数据采集系统。该系统能够实现对多路宽范围的电压、电流以及频率、温度的直接测量,并提供多路宽电压范围的D/A输出,可以用于多种工程测量。 系统以C8051F350单片机为核心控制器,实现了多路模拟输入通道为16位,输出通道为8位的有效值精度。文中设计了能够直接测量市电的交流前置变送电路、直流变送电路,提供频率和温度测量接口,利用相敏检波技术实现了对交流信号的测量。本系统输出通道还提供包含功率驱动功能的多路模拟量输出,设计了基于CAN总线的通信网络接口。本文完成了硬件电路的设计、调试和单片机应用软件的开发。 论文介绍的系统由采集模块与上位计算机构成。下位单片机程序涉及数据采集、参数的标准化处理、统计运算、模拟量输出控制、通信接口等;上位机以LabWindows/CVI6.0为开发平台,具有良好的人机界面,借助于计算机完成实验过程数据实时记录、保存和数据报表打印,实现全程自动采集和数据处理过程。 实验室测试和用户实际使用表明,该数据采集系统的各项技术指标达到了规定的精度和速度要求,目前已应用于航空陀螺仪的性能检测。交付用户现场使用半年来,系统性能运行稳定。

This data acquisition system makes use of the technology of MCU and transducer for arge current, virtual instruments and CAN bus to measure voltages, currents, frequency of the signals and temperature, provide also several of D/A outputs with a wide range of voltage, and can be used for kinds of project measure. The data acquisition system uses C8051F350 microcomputer as a core controller, reaches 16-bit resolution for the analog inputs and 8-bit resolution for the outputs. In this paper, this system designs the direct and alternative converting circuits which can be used to measure 50Hz voltage and current, designs converting circuits for arge current measure, supplys the function fo acquiring frequency and temperature.We use phase-sensitive detector technology to realize alternative signals measure, design the analog outputs channals with power drive, design a communicant interface based on CAN bus, finish the design and the debug of both hardware and software. The software includes both MCU software and PC software. The MCU software includes data acquisition, data calibration, arithmetic operation, the output control, communicant interface and so on. The PC software is designed under the LabWindows/CVI6.0, which has good human machine interface and is easy to operate. The PC software can acqure and deal with datas automatically and realize the functiong of saving of real time data ,data report generation and printing. The technical index of the data acquisition system has reached the requiring accuracy and sample frequency by test of lab. This system has been used for performance detect of gyro.and has runned stably in the half past year.
