论文以中频感应加热电源为研究对象,从感应加热基本原理出发,简要介绍了感应加热技术的现状及发展趋势。通过比较并联谐振式中频电源和串联谐振式中频电源的优缺点,本文选则了性能较为优越的串联谐振式中频电源为研究对象。通过分析中频电源主电路,最终确立了整流采用三相半控桥,逆变采用单相全控桥的主电路形式。 论文在对串联谐振逆变器各种常用功率调节方式的优缺点进行分析比较的基础上,选用了移相调功方式进行功率调节。并应用MATLAB对整流软启动和移相调功方式进行了仿真,仿真结果表明了两种方案在理论上的可行性。在理论分析的基础上,研究了中频感应加热电源的数字化控制控制技术,设计了基于TMS320F2812 DSP为控制核心的新型中频感应加热电源的控制系统,并针对感应加热电源移相调功特点,采用电流过零同步检测电路进行锁相,实现了电流闭环控制。提出了基于DSP的数字PI调节方法和数字PI积分分离的控制方法。同时还设计了整流驱动电路、同步电路和保护电路等相关电路。 论文设计了一台5kW的串联谐振式感应加热电源实验样机,并编写了基于移相调功控制策略,以电流过零同步技术及功率控制算法为核心的DSP程序,得到的系统实验输出波形,很好的验证了移相调功控制策略。最后对整个控制系统进行了调试,给出了实验结果和结论。实验结果表明,控制系统的设计是正确的和可行的,为串联谐振式感应加热电源的进一步研究打下了良好的基础。

This paper regards the medium frequency induction heating power supply as the research object, and briefly introduces the present situation and trend of the development of the technology of the induction heating on the basic principle of it.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages between the parallel and series resonant medium frequency power supply , this paper chose the series resonant medium frequency power supply as the research object for its superior performance . Through the analysis of the main circuit of the medium frequency power supply , and ultimately established the Half-controlled three-phase full-bridge rectifier circuit and the single-phase all Bridge inverter circuits as the main circuit. This paper selected the phase shift to adjust the power on the basis of comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of variety of the commonly used power adjustment of the series resonant inverter . MATLAB is used to simulate the rectifier soft start and the phase-shifted power adjustment . The results of the simulation verify the feasibility of the two programs in theory. Technology of the digital control of the medium-frequency induction heating power supply is researched and control system of the new medium-frequency induction heating power supply is designed based on TMS320F2812 on the basis of the theoretical analysis. The zero-crossing synchronization detection circuit of the current is used to lock phase in view of the characteristics of pahse-shifted power adjustment of induction heating power supply. It realizes the current closed-loop control. The methods of the digital PI regulation based on DSP and the digital PI integral control are proposed. Also the rectifier drive circuit,synchronous circuit and protection circuit and other related circuit are designed A 5kW series resonant induction heating power experimental prototype was designed in this paper , and compiled the DSP program based on the phase-shifted power adjustment control strategies which choose the current zero-crossing synchronization technology and power control algorithm as the core of DSP program. And the output waveform of the experimental system verified the phase-shifting power control strategy very well. Finally the entire control system is debuged and the experimental result is given and conclusions . The experimental results show that the design of the control system is correct and feasible, and has laid a good foundation for further study of the series resonant induction heating power supply
