摘 要 本课题是以某铜材厂罩式炉控制系统为研究背景,提出了基于现场总线的自动化控制方案,设计了整个系统的通讯网络,针对内罩温度和底座热循环风机转速的非线性耦合关系,提出了一种基于神经网络的协调控制方法,并进行了上位机监控系统的设计。 论文主要内容如下: 1.介绍了罩式退火炉在国内外发展历史及其特点和主要研究方向,罩式炉控制系统的基本构成、工作原理及其常用控制方法。 2.以S7-300系列PLC为核心控制器,设计了退火炉控制系统的硬件电路,还进行了各控制单元模块的设计,主要包括温度控制模块和风机转速控制模块,并设计了基于西门子STEP7的控制系统的软件部分。 3.设计了控制系统基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的通讯网络,包括S7-300通过PM120与3204调节器之间的通信,S7-300与MM430变频器之间的通信,以及PLC之间的通信,阐明了数据交互的方法,以及整个控制系统通讯组网的实现。 4.针对控制系统中的耦合关系,进行了基于BP神经网络的辨识系统建模,并利用工业现场的实时数据,在MATLAB中对网络模型进行训练及仿真测试,验证了协调控制方法的可行性。 5.根据工业现场的实际需要,设计了基于组态王6.53的上位机监控界面,完成了工业生产中常用的工艺指示、实时数据显示、历史数据操作、报警操作等界面的设计,借助于组态王ODBC数据库访问功能和Microsoft Office Access数据表,还完成了适用于大型流水线工厂的物料追踪软件监控平台的设计。

ABSTRACT This thesis which takes the annealing furnace project of a high precision electronic copper factory as the background proposes an automatic controlling program based on the field bus and designs a communication network for the whole control system. It demonstrates a coordinated controlling strategy based on neural network according to the nonlinear coupling relationship between the temperature of the cover and the thermal cycling fan. Besides, this thesis develops a software which can monitor the condition of the system. The major content of the thesis is as follows: 1. This thesis introduces the history of development at home and abroad, the characteristics and the direction of the research of the bell-type furnace, then, it introduces the basic structure, working principle and common controlling methods of the bell-type furnace control system. 2. It designs the circuit of the furnace controlling system based on using S7-300 series PLC as the core controller and every controlling unit module which included in this system such as the temperature controlling and fan speed controlling .meanwhile, parts of the software of the controlling system based on Siemens STEP7 is developed. 3. It designs the communication networks of the controlling system based on the PROFIBUS-DP field bus which includes the communication between S7-300 by PM120 and 3204 regulators, the communication between S7-300 and MM430 inverter, the communication between PLC and PLC and so on. Then it analyzes the method of Data exchange and implements the communication network of the entire controlling system. 4. It builds an identification model based on BP neural network according to the coupling relation of the controlling system and trains the network model by using the real-time data of the industrial site and then has a simulation test, which tests the performance of the coordination controlling model. 5. According to the actual needs of the industrial site, this thesis designs the PC monitoring software based on the Kingview 6.53 and completes the design of the interface of the instructions, real-time data, historical data and the alarm operator which used commonly in industrial production. what is more, it designs of the interface of the material tracking which is often used in the large assemblely line factory by means of the access functionality of the Kingview’s database and Microsoft Office Access.
