目前大多数的室外道路照明、庭院照明均采用常规电源供电。但是近几年来,随着国内光伏产业的迅速发展,越来越多的照明系统开始向光伏供电方向发展。本文在光伏发电路灯控制中实现了太阳能最大功率点跟踪技术,提高了光伏发电的效率。
论文首先综述了太阳能光伏发电及控制技术以及我国在路灯照明应用方面的发展情况。对太阳能光伏电池的输入-输出特性,在不同外界环境的太阳能电池板的输出状况进行了分析对比,结合整个系统的工作能力,对负载选用依据及所选负载参数、蓄电池充放电控制原理进行分析。然后对采用MPPT技术的小功率光伏发电路灯控制系统做了较为详细的介绍,主要包括BUCK电路原理及电路中各元器件的参数的选定,以及控制系统中防反接保护、过流保护、信号采集、CPU控制、功率管驱动电路及电源电路等电路设计,还有其它器件的选定和控制器的散热等。最后对整个系统的软件设计予以阐述,从CPU的性能、开发工具、主控制程序、MPPT技术控制程序、滤波、稳压、定时、蓄电池充放电控制等程序具体设计逐一分析。论文结束时对全文的工作做了总结,对实验数据进行了比较分析,并对太阳能路灯的优缺点进行概括。并对设计的实验结果、实用性进行了总结,并指出本设计中优点与不足,为后续研究提供了参考方向。

At present, most streets lighting and square lighting systems are using the regular power supply. But in the pass few years, the solar energy industry had been rapidly developed, more and more lighting systems become to use the solar energy as power supply. By using the solar energy lamp control technique, this paper achieved MPPT of the solar energy, and also increased the solar energy transfer efficiency.
At first,this article summized the development of basic idea and the control technology of the solar energy system and it’s application in lamp control system in China. It also discusses the output of the solar cell in different evironments, and combined with the capability of the control system, it analyzes the rules of how to choose the load and its paramenters, as well as the control of charge and discharge the storage battery. Second ,the detailed introduction of the controller which is designed by the author, is given in the paper, including the hardware of MPPT and the choice of the devices' parameter, the protection of the circuit ,the collection of the signals, the control circuit of CPU, the driven circuit of power transistor, the circuit of power supply and the cooling system of the controllor. At last,it discusses the software design of the whole control system, including the performance of the CPU, the development tools and the main program, the control program of MPPT, and also the programes of filter, voltage stabilizing , timing and the control of charge and discharge the storage battery. It also summarizes the research results in this paper and analyzes the experimental data, from which generalies the benifits and the shortcomings of solar energy lamp. The end of the paper discusses the practicability of this design, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of it, which gives a direction of the further research.
