随着各类新能源,5G基站,工业机器人等等多领域的快速发展并呈现迅猛增长态势,对半导体的需求量也在快速增长,所以需要更加严格细致的执行半导体企业供应商管理。

本文以半导体制造S企业为研究对象,首先介绍了风险管理和评价等相关理论,结合企业特点以及对比多种赋权方法,评价方法的优缺点,确定采用组合赋权方法和云模型法对S企业的供应商风险进行评价。在充分调查分析供应商风险管理评价的相关文献并结合行业相关专家的意见,确定质量,价格成本,交付,经营,生产研发,长期合作,服务于沟通七类供应商风险作为S企业的供应商风险评价指标体系的一级指标。随后阐述层次分析法和熵权法的基本概念,并对S企业的供应商风险指标的主客观权重计算,得出21个风险指标的综合权重。最后利用云模型法的基本理论,并针对S企业的供应商风险等级进行综合评价,确定等级较高的供应商风险。

本文研究结果得出S企业的供应商总体风险为 “中低风险”,确定质量风险和交付风险处于“中风险”等级,价格成本,经营,生产研发,长期合作,服务于沟通处于“中低风险”。

本文针对供应商风险评价的结果,提出相应的供应商风险管控,降低措施,降低供应商风险,保障半导体制造企业的原材料和产品的持续稳定的供应,希望为其他半导体制造企业的供应商风险管理提供帮助和借鉴,降低企业在供应商方法存在的风险。

With the rapid development and rapid growth of various new energy sources, 5G base stations, industrial robots and other fields, the demand for semiconductors is also growing rapidly, so it is necessary to implement more strict and meticulous supplier management of semiconductor enterprises.

This paper focuses on a semiconductor manufacturing company, S, and introduces relevant theories of risk management and evaluation. It combines the characteristics of the company with various weighting methods to evaluate their advantages and disadvantages, ultimately deciding to use a combined weighting method and cloud model to assess the supplier risks of S. After thoroughly investigating and analyzing literature on supplier risk management and evaluation, and considering the opinions of industry experts, seven primary indicators for supplier risk assessment are identified: quality, cost, delivery, operation, production and R&D, long-term cooperation, and service communication. The paper then explains the basic concepts of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Entropy Weighting Method (EWM), and calculates the subjective and objective weights of the supplier risk indicators for S, resulting in a comprehensive weight of 21 risk indicators.

The research results of this paper conclude that the overall risk of suppliers of S enterprise is "medium-low risk", and the quality risk and delivery risk are at the level of "medium risk", while the price cost, operation, production and research and development, long-term cooperation, service communication are at the level of "medium-low risk".

 Based on the results of supplier risk assessment, this paper puts forward corresponding supplier risk control and reduction measures to reduce supplier risks and ensure the continuous and stable supply of raw materials and products for semiconductor manufacturing enterprises. It is hoped that this paper can provide help and reference for other semiconductor manufacturing enterprises in supplier risk management and reduce the risks existing in supplier methods.
