选定《 铁路专用变压器智能测试系统的开发设计》作为本次论文项目,是具有其学术意义和市场效应的。本套系统是用来测试铁路变压器的各种要求参数。 本课题为一综和性基本课题,牵扯知识点较多。决定应先了解掌握各种通用变压器测试设备的原理和优缺点,还有本设备的特殊应用要求;在其基础上,当然应反映一些先进控制方法,用数学方法和实验来分析、解决其稳定性和精度等参数之间的联系因素;要考虑到高压测试的安全性及其产生的冲击干扰等;要注意多路交流采样的不同;要处理220伏市电的不稳定性及宽频率范围测试;在方便操作的同时,考虑其各种人机保护;考虑二次开发问题等。 主要知识运用有:硬件方面,以单片机实现仪表智能化。由于测量数据较多且需要经常刷新,将可编程单片机通用外围接口芯片(PSD)作为I/O扩展和存储芯片。在CPLD中进一步实现单片机要求的功能(实现对ADC和LCD及继电器等的操作)。软件方面,上下位机的相互通信,数据存储;上位机采用VC++6语言实现对变压器数据的判断、统计、归类和基于对话框的列表控件打印;下位机采用C196和VHDL语言实现交流采样电压电流及多周期同步测频。这些牵扯到若干学科。 这次设计,即是对本人实际动手能力的总结性提高,又对以后深入各种工业生产系统检测控制设计的一个良好开端。

Considering it’s own academically significance and marketable viture, we decide to choose <> to be my studying item. This system is designed for testing some parameters of transforms used in railway. Some basic knowledge has been integrated into this task: above all, the elements and performance of all kinds of transform testing devices have been mastered with our device’s specific applied needs; based it, some advanced testing methods are reflected, and parameters, such as stability and precision, also be analyzed and solved with mathematics and experiments; The security of high voltage testing and it’s impactive disturb is considered; multi channel sampling has it’s own difference; the supplied power is instability and this system can measure frequency during wide range. We also pay attention to the safeguard on manipulator and the device; further development also be considered. Some primary knowledge involved in this design includes: on the aspect of hardware, MCU(80c196) is control center, the testing system can be called intelligence instrument only with it . Due to the quantity of testing data is great and these data be updated frequently ,we choose programmable chip which acts as MCU peripherals to be used for extending 80C196’s I/O ports and storing data . Some functions required in MCU is further realized with CPLD(such as operating on ADC,LCD and Relay); on the side of software, series ports communication between the computer and MCU is first exerted, the data sometimes has to be stored in PSD and computer; on the computer, we have adopted VC++6.0 language to achieve judgement 、statistic and classify on the transform data, print with list control based on dialog box; in order to carry through AC sampling and multi-cycle synchronous frequency measurement, the language of C196 and VHDL have been introduced. What I benefit from this project is that I have improved the ability of experiment in the round; meanwhile, the project is a beginning for me to process designing for inspecting and controlling some kinds of manufacture system.
