东营凹陷博兴洼陷沙四段是以滩坝砂沉积为主的构造岩性油藏，已控明的近亿吨储量均以砂岩储集层为主，博24块位于该洼陷的东南部，东临乐安凸起，处于盆地缓坡带，是该地区该层系目前发现的唯一的一块纯生物灰岩储层油藏。论文中综合运用油田地质、物探、测井等专业知识，开展了灰岩储层预测的研究，通过古地貌的恢复、地震属性分析对该块的储层分布进行了预测，确定了储层分布范围。综合应用岩芯录井、岩芯分析（薄片、压汞、相渗等）相关资料细化了储层微观特征的描述。利用试油试采资料结合油藏工程方法计算分析油水分布规律、油藏物性特征和流体特征，计算了区块地质储量。在以上研究的基础上，调研了同类油藏开发政策及开发效果，指导博24块完成了开发政策的制定，结合区块油藏特征研究，遵循开发原则，针对性的进行了多套开发方案的设计，借助油藏工程方法、数值模拟技术、经济评价论证最终确定博24块采用直井、水平井结合布井方式，注水开发。 本文有二个创新点，一是利用地震属性分析进行储层预测，二是薄层生物灰岩油藏水平井开发方案设计。本文创新点对其它地区类似油藏开发具有借鉴意义

The oil reservoir type is structure-lithologic oil reservoir in Es4 in Boxing subsag of dongying sag and there has been found near a hundred million storability in the sand reservoir. Bo24 block is located in the south east of this subsag.. It is in the slope area of the basin, which is adjacent to Le an bulge. It is the only biology limestone oil reservoir in our area. This is a synthetical article which include much special subject knowledge such as oil field geology、geophysical exploration、well logging and so on to research the forecast of the biology limestone oil reservoir.It forecasted the distribution of reservoir of this block by the restoring of palaeogeomorphology and analyse of seismic properties, and refined the descriptions of reservoir microscopic feature. by utilizing the information of core logging、core slice、mercury penetration、and phase permeability synthetically.This paper also calculated geological reserves of this block by analyse regular pattern of oil distribution、the character of oil reservoir physical property and fluid medium 、calculate reserves developing on the datum of well testing and well exploration.On the base of the above researches, survey and study the same kind reservoir’s exploit effect and exploit policy,finished the development plan of Bo24 block. It combined the research of reservoir characteristic of this block, observed exploit rule, multi-plans are formed aiming to the reservoir character, and the project of the exploit which combination of straight well and horizontal well and water injection. is made with the methold of reservoir engineer、numerical stimulation and economy reasoning. There are two new ideas in the article : forecasting the distribution of reservoir by analyse of seismic properties and exploration thin bed biology limestone oil reservoir by horizontal well which has reference meaning for exploration of the same kind of oil reservoir.
