目前,我国存在大量的砖混结构房屋。然而,砖混结构的材料和连接方式决定了其延性较差,变形能力较小,房屋的抗震性能较差,在历次大地震中都发生了严重的破坏。因此,砖混结构房屋的抗震加固理论和技术是当今结构工程学科研究的重要课题之一,研究既有砖混结构房屋抗震加固方法及工作性能,对提高结构抗震性能,保护人民的生命和财产安全具有重要的理论研究意义及工程应用价值。 本文通过对砖混结构房屋震害破坏的原因分析及抗震加固机理的分析,以及现有砖混结构房屋抗震加固方法的特点分析,提出采用植筋技术及相关节点构造措施,对砖混结构房屋增设构造柱、钢圈梁及钢拉杆的整体加固法进行了改进;采用PKPM计算软件对加固前后的砖混结构房屋进行计算分析,得到增加构造柱和钢圈梁可提高结构的整体性及抗震能力;由数值模拟分析结果,加固后结构各部分应力分布情况得到了改善,建议对砖混结构房屋抗震加固时,构造柱断面最小采用240mm×240mm,钢圈梁不小于[16,钢拉杆不小于Φ18,新增构造柱及钢圈梁与原砌体采用Φ14以上的植筋钢筋连接。 上述研究成果已在工程实践中取得一定的应用成果,对进一步研究砖混结构房屋抗震加固,完善砖混结构加固设计规范有一定的参考价值,可供砖混结构的房屋抗震加固设计及施工参考。

At present,there are a lot of brick house in china.Brick structure of the materials and connections determine its poor ductility,less deformation capacity and poor seismic performance.Brick structure's damage is serious in earthquake.Therefore,Seismic Strengthening theory and technology of brick structure is one of the important issues today.So the study of reinforce method and seismic working performance has important theoretical significance and engineering applications. Based on the brick structure housing the analysis of reinforcement mechanism, and the study of seismic reinforce method,this article improve the reinforcement method of additional structural columns,steel ring beams and steel rod,by use of anchorage technology and related reinforcement.By calculating using the software structure calculation PKPM,we know increase the structural columns and steel ring beam can improve the seismic performance.In this article,the numerical simulation results show that stress distribution of the various parts of the structure has been improved after reinforcement.Recommended not less than 240mm×240mm of structural columns, [16 the channel beam, and Φ18 steel rod on overall reinforcement of brick.New structural columns and ring beam and the original masonry above the anchorage with steel connection Φ14. The study has made certain achievements in engineering practice. Further research on seismic strengthening of brick and improve the brick structure design codes of some reference value,for brick structure of the seismic strengthening design and construction information.
