随着国内煤化工企业的迅速发展,如何保证化工用煤的质量指标、降低配煤成本、提高生产效率、减少环境污染就成为煤化工企业亟待解决的问题。因此研究设计煤化工配煤软件系统对煤化工企业的高效生产具有重要意义。 本文针对人工配煤耗时长、影响生产效率、难以优化用煤成本和达到环保要求的问题,以神华宁煤集团化工公司配煤系统的需求为基础,分析了煤化工企业的生产流程。以需求为依据设计了煤化工企业配煤系统的组成和结构,配煤系统包括配煤管理、用户管理两个功能子系统,实现原料煤煤质信息管理、配煤方案管理、优化配煤、注册个人信息、修改个人信息、日志管理、角色管理、权限管理等功能,系统设计采用B/S系统结构,Spring MVC + Spring + Hibernate软件架构。重点研究了配煤管理子系统的优化配煤软件流程与实现方式,在满足多煤种配煤的参数指标要求下,调用多煤种的配煤模型,以成本最低或SO2排放最少为优化目标,设计了优化配煤流程,开发了配煤管理子系统。 经实验室测试,所开发的配煤管理子系统实现了全部设计功能。选用JMeter软件对配煤管理子系统进行了压力测试,结果表明该软件系统可以满足用户访问数量的需求,达到性能要求。

With the rapid development of coal chemical industry in China, how to guarantee the quality index of coal chemical, cut down the coal blending cost, improve production efficiency, and reduce environmental pollution are the urgent problems to be solved. Therefore, it is very important to design a coal chemical blending system to the efficient production of the coal chemical industry. There are some problems that concern about the manually operated coal blending time-consuming, affect the production efficiency, hard to optimize coal cost and meet the environmental requirements, bases on the demand of coal blending system of Shenhua Ningxia Industry Coal Group, this paper analyzes the production process of coal blending system. It designs the constitution and structure, including the coal blending management subsystem and the user management subsystem, brings about the raw coal information management, coal blending scheme management, optimization of coal blending, registration of personal information, modification of personal information, log management, role management, authority management and so on. This system uses B/S structure and Spring MVC+ Spring+Hibernate software architecture. It focuses on the optimization of coal blending process and implementation of software management subsystem, after meeting the requirements of parameters index of multi-coal blending, uses the multi-coal blending model, sets up in the lowest cost or SO2 emissions minimum as the optimization goal, designs the optimization of coal blending process, developes coal blending management subsystem. After the laboratory test, coal blending management subsystem can realize all functions. And by using the JMeter software for the pressure test, the result shows that the software can meet demand of the proportion of people who accesses it, and has a good performance.
