21世纪被称为知识经济时代,随着以信息化、全球化为特征的知识经济时代的到来,社会对人才的素质提出了新的要求,除具有深厚的专业知识和熟练技能之外,用人单位更加注重毕业生是否具有团队精神。由于传统教育理念及高校学生管理方法相对滞后等因素的影响,当前大学生团队精神还比较薄弱,因此,加强在校大学生的团队精神培养是当前高校在新形势下必须深入探讨和实践的重要课题。 本文从知识经济时代下社会发展对人才素质要求的角度出发探讨了团队精神培养对在校大学生全面发展的重要性,对于什么是团队精神,国内外有不少论著对其进行定义,本文通过借鉴以往的研究成果,从团队与其成员关系的角度阐述了团队精神的定义:团队精神是指团队与团队成员之间均感到满意与认同,团队成员为了团队的共同利益和目标,积极而主动地相互协作的意愿和情感境界。团队精神的培养是一个多因素影响与多元化途径相交融的过程。对于如何完善高校大学生团队精神的培养途径必须基于对当前大学生团队精神的现状进行分析,找出其弊端,通过分析可以看出,在校大学生团队精神的现状是张扬个性有余而协同合作意识缺乏、主动与他人沟通的意愿不强、班级和宿舍的凝聚力不强、参与校园文化活动的意识不够。究其原因,主要是由于传统文化及其社会不良现象、市场经济及其竞争观念、应试教育和独生子女自我中心意识膨胀造成的。针对这些现象,提出知识经济时代下大学生团队精神培养的内容和应该遵循的原则。本文认为团队精神的主要内容有社会主义核心价值体系、职业素质养成和创新与创业三个部分,又根据大学生全面发展和职业素质要求提出培养团队精神的四个原则:个性化、长效性、实践性和职业化原则。并在此基础上提出大学生团队精神培养的途径与方法,首先要从教育理念视阈下正确认识和理解“团队精神”,并探讨如何在教育教学过程中强化渗透其理念;其次,通过在塑造大学生集体主义精神过程中加强班级团队建设,培养学生团队意识,同时不可忽视师资队伍建设,发挥其引领与示范作用;再次,构建学校、家庭、社会的合力作用,营造一个良好的外部环境;最后就是着眼于大学生未来的职业素质培养,加强大学生常规拓展训练,提升大学生的团队实践能力,培养团队精神。

The essence of the political socialization is that the members of society to accept the existing political culture which were transformed by the interaction of the social politics, to form the political characters of the process .The process of the benign political socialization is an organic unity of activity and passivity, internalization and externalization, inheritance and development ,which can improve the recognition of the dominant political culture, social cohesion and ease the impacts on the political culture of the negative factors from home and abroad, at the same time ,it also can promote the continuous innovation of political culture and the continuous optimization of the political system ,which can lay a solid foundation for the political stability and the development of society. At present , China is in a period of profound social change, these changes in social life have brought some challenges to the process of political socialization . such as, changes in the level of productivity ,the increasing diversities of political culture values and benefit subjects have put a lot of new demands on the political socialization .However, the traditional political socialization system has failed to shift timely ,which brings many problems to be solved in the process of political socialization ,such as, the inheritance of dominant political culture can not develop well, the differentiation of interest pattern is becoming more and more serious which led to the growing phenomenon of juvenile delinquency in society and even to question the Socialist and the leadership of the party and so on . In order to solve these problems, we must base on our country’s current historical background of the profound social transformation, we should innovate and improve the existing mechanisms of political socialization, strengthen the political socialization construction with the Chinese characteristics, keep optimizing the system environment of the political socialization , regulate a variety of interest relationships rationally to create a favorable economic environment, strengthen and improve the government's power operation mode , steady the party's leadership to create a stable political situation in our country, strengthen political construct of the socialist democracy, Improve the positive operating mechanism, broaden the content and style of political socialization and increase the validity of political socialization.
