随着我国智能电网计划的实施,分布式电源在配电网中的应用将会越来越广。分布式电源具有节省投资、降低损耗、提高系统可靠性、能源种类多样化等优点。但是大量的分布式电源接入配电网会对配电系统产生很大的影响 。比如逆向潮流、多电源环网和多节点类型等传统配电网潮流算法较难处理的问题。传统的配电网潮流算法已不能很好的满足未来分布式发电系统的需求。为此本文对含分布式电源的配电网潮流计算方法进行了研究。首先对各种典型分布式电源的特性进行了分析,建立了各自在潮流计算中的数学模型,论述了一种基于阻抗迭代和多PV节点修正和的含分布式电源配电网潮流计算方法,结合算例与前推回代法和牛顿法进行了比较,结果表明所建议的方法在精度上和速度上都较上述两种方法有了一定程度的提高。
将本文所建议的潮流计算方法应用到配电网络重构过程中,以更好的保障配电网安全、优质、经济的运行。传统的配电网络重构方式都是静态网络重构。但是在配电网的实际运行过程中,各节点负荷不断地变化。受开关操作次数的限制,不可能不停的对网络进行重构,因此研究一段时间内的动态网络重构问题,更符合实际情况。本文探讨了一种含分布式电源配电网络动态重构的方法,利用禁忌搜索算法良好的全局寻优能力,以各时段初始时刻和网络拓扑的集合为解向量,以考察时间范围内电量损耗最小为适配值函数进行动态网络重构。可以同时确定最佳运行方式、切换时刻和切换次数。结合19节点算例进行了测试,结果表明,所提出的算法是有效和可行的。

With the implement of smart grid, the application of distributed power in distribution network will be more and more widely. Distributed generation has the advantages of low cost, low lost, high reliability, and diversity of energy resources. But the interconnection of distributed generation to power grid can make large influence, such as reverse power flow, loop network and new node types that are difficult for the traditional power flow method to deal with. So the power flow methods used in traditional distribution system will not meet the requirement of distributed generation systems. In order to solve this problem, this paper carries out research on the power flow algorithm for the distributed generation system. This paper investigated the behavior and modeling of the typical DG. The power flow approach based on the Impedance Iteration and PV node Correction (IIPVC) was described, which was compared with the forward and backward power flow calculation and the Newton approach, showing the good performance of IIPVC.
Put the suggestion flow calculation method into distribution network reconfiguration process, in order to make the distribution network more security, more reliable, more economic. The tradition network reconfiguration is static reconfiguration. But in the actual operation process of the distribution network, each node load were in constant change and under the limited times of switch operation, impossible to network reconstruction constantly, so the study of a period of time, the dynamic network reconfiguration problem more tally with the actual situation. This paper discusses a distributed power dynamic reconfiguration method. Using the Tabu search algorithm good global optimization ability. Applied the solution vector consists of the initial instants and the topologies of each period, the index was to minimize the loss energy in the whole day into dynamic network reconfiguration. The constraints may include the maximum switching times. The best operation modes and their corresponding switching instants can be determined by the proposed algorithm simultaneously. A 19-node distribution grid with DG was used as the example, the results of which show that the proposed method is effective and feasible.
