生产调度指挥通信系统是煤矿安全生产管理中的重要手段之一。随着NGN网络的成熟,实现煤矿企业安全生产中的语音、视频和数据等多业务在统一IP承载网中传输、控制和管理是未来煤矿安全生产调度发展的趋势。本文为了实现基于VoIP的语音调度功能,提高语音调度通信的可靠性、灵活性和业务扩展性,研究并开发了基于软交换的煤矿多业务语音调度系统。
通过对煤矿安全生产中多业务需求的分析,结合软交换体系结构,提出了基于软交换的煤矿多业务系统模型,并分析了多业务系统功能。在基于软交换的煤矿多业务系统模型基础上,对煤矿语音调度系统进行了设计和开发。首先,分析和设计了注册服务器和代理服务器,设计了语音调度系统结构、系统功能模块和语音通信系统结构。其次,分析了SIP协议在语音调度通信中的实现过程。最后,使用Visual C++和SQL server 2000开发环境,基于Windows Socket,采用分层模块化的软件开发结构,实现对语音调度系统软件的编程开发,设计和实现了呼叫模块、定时器模块和语音通信模块等公共模块。在此基础上开发并实现了煤矿多业务语音调度系统的基本语音单呼叫、组群呼叫、强拆强插、语音监听等核心调度功能模块。同时,为煤矿安全生产中的视频和数据业务的融合提供了标准的API接口。
在实验室搭建了语音调度系统的测试平台,对系统功能进行了验证,并使用Ethereal协议数据包跟踪工具对通信信令进行了抓包分析。测试结果表明系统完成了基于多业务平台下的语音调度的基本功能,满足未来煤矿安全生产对语音调度系统的需求。

The production command and scheduling communication system is one of important means during coal mine safety production and management. With the maturity of NGN network, it is a future development tendency of safety production and scheduling to achieve the voice, video, data and other multi-service can be transmitted, controlled and managed by the unified IP load bearing network in the coal mine enterprise. For realizing the voice scheduling function based on VoIP and improving the reliability, flexibility and service extension of voice scheduling communication, one coal mine multi-service voice scheduling system is studied and developed based on soft switch.
Through the analysis for multi-service demand in the coal mine safety production, considering the structure of soft switch system, the model of coal mine multi-service system based on soft switch is developed, and the function of multi-service system is analyzed. In the base of coal mine multi-service system based on soft switch, the coal mine multi-service voice scheduling system is designed and developed. Firstly, the registration server and the proxy server are analyzed and designed. The structure of voice scheduling system, the function model and the voice communication system are designed. Secondly, the realization process of SIP protocol in the voice communication is specified. Finally, under the operation environment of Visual C++ and SQL server 2000, in view of Windows Socket, by the hierarchical module soft operation structure, the programming of voice scheduling system is achieved, and the call module, timer module, voice communication module and other public modules are designed and realized. Basic single call, group call, dismantling and inserting randomly, voice monitoring and other core scheduling modules are developed and achieved in the coal mine multi-service voice scheduling system. At the same time, a standard API interface is provided for the integration of video and data services in the coal mine safety production.
The test platform of voice scheduling system is built in the laboratory to confirm the system function, and the communication signal is captured and analyzed by the Ethereal protocol packet tracking tool. The test results show that the voice scheduling basis function is completed under the multi-services platform, which can meet the demand of voice scheduling system in the future coal mine safe production.
