建筑业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业在社会发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用，然而大量出现的各种信用缺失现象严重阻碍了建筑市场的健康发展。在当前市场竞争日趋激烈的形势下，由于信息的不对称和组织的有限理性，建筑施工企业的信用缺失现象最为严重。这种现状既增加了建筑施工企业自身的信用风险，同时也使建筑市场各主体之间的交易风险增大，对建筑业的快速发展造成了极大影响。建设完备的建筑市场信用体系已成为当务之急。 本文通过对建设单位和招标代理公司进行资料收集和专家访谈后，在收集建筑工程项目和建筑施工企业资料的基础上，对信用内涵、信用与诚信的关系进行分析，研究构建了建筑施工企业的信用体系和初步设想了建筑施工企业信用信息平台，尝试性的建立了针对工程招投标阶段建筑施工企业信用评价指标和施工企业信用评级标准。建立该信用评价指标和评级标准力图能减少一些建筑施工企业缺信现象的发生，同时希望能有助于招标单位更好的选择确定合理的中标者。以此为基础，借助层次分析法（Analytical Hierarchy Process，简称AHP）分析了某建筑施工企业的信用评价指标及指标权重，通过确定其信用评价等级来验证本文所构建的信用评价指标体系及企业评级方法的适用性和可操作性。最后，依据博弈模型，分析了建筑施工企业信用风险的来源、特点、成因及其后果，提出了建筑施工企业信用风险防范的策略建议。

Nowadays, Construction industry is a pillar industry in national economy of China, but the development of construction market is restricted seriously owing to credit lacking. in the increasingly competitive market situation, the construction industry of China remains widespread lack of credibility. Because of information asymmetry and bounded rationality organization, the credit loss of construction company is most serious, which resulted in the increasing risk between the various subjects in construction market transactions , but also increasing credit risk in their own construction company. These problems prevent the development of construction industry rapidly. So establishing a comprehensive credit system becomes an urgent matter As an important fundamental work of establishing credit system. This paper based on the number of construction units and tender agent for data collection and expert interviews, collected information on a large number of construction projects and construction companies on the basis of information， which proposes the index system of credit evaluation for the project tender on the construction business, based on analyzing the credit contents and the relationship between faith and credit tentatively. It also establishes corresponding indicators and credit rating criteria about construction enterprise. The credit evaluation and rating criteria can reduce the number of construction enterprises lack the letter phenomena can also be a better choice to help each tender determining reasonably. And on this basis, with the help of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process, AHP)，paper analyzes credit evaluation indexes and index weight of construction enterprise .Moreover,it determines the level of credit rating, verifying the applicability and feasibility of index system and corporate rating about constructed credit evaluation. At last，based game model to analyze the causes and consequences of credit risk of building construction enterprise ,paper proposes strategy proposals of risk prevention of building construction enterprise.
