松软煤巷周围煤岩体受围岩应力场、温度场和裂隙场耦合作用,随着时间的推移,会发生不同程度的蠕变变形,若不能得到及时有效支护,其蠕变变形发展到一定程度,将会导致巷道围岩产生冒顶、 片帮和底鼓等失稳破坏。因此,探讨松软煤巷周围煤岩体蠕变行为及特性,提出合适的煤岩体蠕变分析模型对于预测出煤岩体蠕变失稳时间及针对性地开展巷道支护技术研究具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。 本文研究工作主要体现在以下方面: (1)根据煤岩体蠕变理论及巷道蠕变实验结果,通过对几种常用蠕变模型地分析对比,认为改进西原模型是一种较好的模拟不同应力作用下巷道煤岩体蠕变规律的蠕变模型,它不仅可以描述煤岩体的减速蠕变过程和等速蠕变过程,而且可以描述其加速蠕变过程。 (2)文中将煤岩体的蠕变失稳准则与改进西原模型相结合,推导给出了松软煤巷煤岩体蠕变失稳的时间预测公式,并据此对其稳定性进行了分析,为巷道煤岩体蠕变失稳的预测提供有效的途径,同时也可为巷道支护最佳时间提供理论依据。 (3)收集松软煤巷煤岩体进行了单轴压缩声发射蠕变试验,运用经验模态分解方法对声发射信号的能量和振铃计数进行了分解和分析。分析结果表明,分解后声发射信号主要集中的三个时间段与煤样的减速蠕变阶段、等速蠕变阶段和加速蠕变阶段相对应。 (4)根据煤岩体力学性质的各向异性对巷道煤岩体蠕变失稳进行分析,用UDEC软件分析了巷道煤岩体蠕变失稳特性,根据数值分析结果提出了相应的巷道支护对策。 (5)将以上研究结果应用到松软煤巷围岩支护工程中。根据本文所给蠕变失稳预测公式确定的煤巷煤岩体蠕变失稳时间与围岩毛洞失稳时间相吻合。现场结果表明,围岩表面收敛变形均呈现“底鼓值>两帮收敛值>拱顶下沉值”的位移分布规律。

Stress field, temperature field and the fracture field Influence on stability of soft rock roadway surrounding rock. As time goes by, different degree of creep deformation will occur. If the soft rock roadway cannot receive timely and effective support, the creep deformation will result in surrounding rock of roadway roof caving, nicking and floor heave. Therefore, this thesis study the creep characteristic of soft coal roadway surrounding coal and rock and put forward creep analysis model for the coal and rock mass. It has important theoretical significance and engineering application value in predicting coal and rock creep buckling time and research on roadway supporting technology. The main research work are as follows: (1) On the basis of the theory of coal and rock creep and the result of creep experiment, refine the original model is supposed to be a good model to simulate the different stress under the action of coal and rock creep law of roadway, It can not only describe deceleration of the coal and rock creep process and the constant creep process, but also can describe the process of accelerated creep. (2) Time prediction formula of creep instability is given by combined the creep instability criterion of coal with rock and refine original model. Its stability is analyzed. IT is a way to forecast the creep instability of Coal and rock roadway and provide theoretical basis to the roadway support best time. (3) Collect soft coal and rock in coal roadway, IT is carried on the acoustic emission of uniaxial compression creep test by Collected soft coal and rock in coal roadway and analyse the acoustic emission signal energy and ringing count by EMD. Analysis results show that the acoustic emission signal decomposed mainly three time periods correspondencd to the decelerating creep stage of coal sample, the constant creep phase and the corresponding accelerated creep stage. (4) According to the result of anisotropy of mechanical properties effect creep buckling, Roadway of coal and rock creep buckling characteristics, process is analysed by UDEC software and puts forward the relative countermeasures for the construction of roadway support according to the results of numerical analysis. (5) The above research results is applied to the soft coal roadway supporting engineering. The time of creep instability through the creep buckling prediction formula is correspond to The surrounding rock instability of time. The surface of surrounding rock convergence displacement distribution regularity of deformation which Floor heave is greater than two convergence value and two convergence value is greater than the vault sink were presented.
