矿井提升机是矿山生产的关键机电设备之一,在煤炭、冶金及其他矿山行业的矿井生产中应用广泛,担负着矿山提升矿物、材料、设备及人员等所有运输任务,地位非常重要。矿井提升机电控系统的技术水平、可靠性直接关系到矿井的正常生产和矿工的生命安全,而矿井提升机调速性能是整机电控性能的重要指标。
为了使矿井提升机系统具有较好的控制性能和较高的可靠性,课题主要研究混沌优化PID参数整定方法在矿井提升机直接转矩控制(DTC)系统中的应用。直接转矩控制作为一种新型的交流调速方法,其控制思想新颖,控制结构简单,动静态性能优良,在交流电动机控制系统中应用非常广泛。但直接转矩控制系统速度过渡不平稳,还存在有改善的余地,因此课题引入混沌优化算法对直接转矩控制系统的速度PID调节器进行优化,使其控制效果更好。
论文深入研究了系统从有序到混沌的Logistic映射过程及混沌优化PID参数整定方法。混沌具有遍历性、随机性和规律性等特点,能在一定范围内按其自身规律不重复地遍历所有状态,这能有效的避免优化搜索过程陷入局部极小。混沌优化PID参数整定方法是通过混沌粗搜索和细搜索,对PID控制器参数进行寻优。经过仿真验证了混沌优化PID较传统PID控制效果好。将混沌优化PID参数整定方法应用于矿井提升机DTC系统速度调节器中,系统转矩脉动较小,调节时间较短,转速过渡较平稳,抗干扰能力较强。

Mine hoist is one of the pivotal mechanical and electrical equipments. It is widely used in the coal, metallurgical and other mining industry, and takes on all transporting tasks, such as, upgrading mineral, material, device and workers. The technical level and reliability of mine hoist system is directly related to the normal production of mine and safety of miners, while the speeding performance of mine hoist is an important indicator of the overall performance.
In order to improve the control performance and reliability of mine hoist system, the PID optimization algorithm, based on chaos for the mine hoist direct torque control (DTC) system, is studied in the thesis. Direct torque control is a new AC speed method, with novel control thought, simple control structure and excellent dynamic and static performance. And it is widely used in AC motor control system. However, the transition of speed is not smooth, so there is still leeway for improvement. The chaos optimization algorithm is applied to optimize the speed PID regulator of direct torque control system, which makes the control effect be better.
The Logistic mapping process of the system from sequence state to chaos and the PID optimization algorithm based on chaos is discussed deeply. The ergodicity and random characteristics of Chaos can effectively avoid the search process falling into local minimum. The PID optimization algorithm based on chaos is optimized by both rude and precision searching procedures. The control effect of PID optimization based on chaos is verified better than the traditional PID through simulation. The mine hoist DTC system, applying the optimization algorithm, has the less torque ripple, the shorter settling time, the more smooth transition of speed and the stronger anti-interference ability.
