随着经济的飞速发展煤炭需求的增加,矿井建设逐步向深井方向发展,在深厚表土中冻结法凿井应用越来越广泛。且近年来也遇到了全基岩的冻结立井,然而我国在立井冻结岩石方面的理论研究与实践经验都比较欠缺。开展深厚立井冻结岩石理论研究,对实际工程有一定的指导意义。 本文以陕西彬长矿区胡家河煤矿立井冻结工程为背景,在课题团队胡家河矿井软岩冻结力学特性的试验基础上,通过对深厚冻结软岩物理力学特性的研究,获得了不同冻结温度和不同围压条件下冻结软岩的力学参数。分析和探讨了传统的冻结壁解析计算的适用性和局限性,并针对胡家河冻结主井工程计算得到了冻结壁厚度的解析解。运用数值模拟的方法,考虑深厚冻结壁高围压低温的冻结温度场与应力场特性,考虑冻结壁实际受载情况,对胡家河立井冻结壁的厚度进行了计算分析,并和解析计算结果、工程经验值进行了对比分析。考虑冻结温度、掘进段高等对冻结壁厚度的影响,通过数值计算确定了冻结壁合理的掘进段高和合理的冻结温度控制范围。并用数值模拟的方法分析了软岩冻结壁按强度计算和按变形计算的合理性。 本文对冻结软岩的力学特性、冻结壁厚度的计算及其厚度影响因素进行了系统的分析和研究,为冻结软岩冻结壁厚度的优化设计、施工提供了理论依据,具有一定的研究意义。

With the rapid economic development and the increase in coal demand, mine construction develops to deep well direction step by step. However, due to the insufficient depth of deep soil mechanics,the Construction and design of freezing method for shaft sinking are still many problems to be solved.And in recent years faced the freezing of the whole rock shaft , our country are more defective in theoretical research and practical experience of the frozen rock. Launching theoretical research on freezing method for soft slate shaft has some guidance on the actual project. This paper takes the Hu Jia river coal mine vertical shaft freezing project in Shanxi BingChang mining area as a background,on the basis of the representative test results of mechanical properties of frozen sandstone in the Hu Jia river coal mine area,we get test data about temperature,Formation conditions,Moisture content and Lithology.By the research on physical and mechanical properties of deep and thick frezon rock,getting physical-mechanical propertiesphysical-mechanical parameter of soft rocks with different freezing temperature and different confining pressure.The article does analysis of the traditional calculation of the freeze well and discusses the applicability and limitations of the various formulas. Using Hu Jia river coal mine project we gets analytical solution by theoretical calculation for the frozen wall thickness. At last, considering the characteristics of freezing temperature and the stress field about the deep forzen wall with high pressure, taking into account of the actual loads of the frozen wall, the author analyse the Hu Jia river coal mine thickness of soft rock frozen wall by numerical simulation.And comparing the thickness of forzen wall results by numerical simulation and formula. Thinking the effect of freezing temperature to frozen wall thickness deep and driving height of frozen rock,we determine a reasonable driving height of frozen rock and make sure the reasonable range of freezing temperature by way of Numerical Computation.And we also does analysis frozen wall that calculated by intensity and deformation is reasonable by numerical calculation. This paper systematically study the mechanical properties of freezing- soft rock、theoretical calculation for the frozen wall thickness and the factors of the frozen wall thickness.It provids a theory evidence to the optimal design, construction and thickness of frozen wall and has a great significance .
