当今世界日新月异，科学技术迅速发展，国际竞争态势对人才和民族的创新力都提出越来越高的要求，要想在激烈的国际竞争中处于领先地位，高素质的创新型人才的培养不容忽视。高等学校作为人才培养的主要阵地，必须通过各种途径把大学生们培养成具有时代特色的创新型人才，提升整个中华民族的国际竞争力。 本文以分析大学生个性发展教育与大学生创新能力培养的关系问题为出发点。综合运用了文献研究、问卷调查、比较研究等方法，通过对当前大学生个性发展与创新能力的培养现状的分析研究，在理论层面得出：大学生个性发展教育与大学生创新能力的培养具有内在的统一性，良好的个性发展是提升大学生创新能力的动力，培养创新型人才的关键就在于个性发展教育；同时在现实层面得出：当前大学生已经认识到良好的个性发展对于提升其创新能力的重要意义，并渴望能通过多种途径和方法在发展良好个性的基础上提升自身的创新能力。 本文的创新之处就在于探寻了通过发展大学生的个性来提升其创新能力的途径和方法。各个高校的教育工作者要努力探索出适合本校的大学生个性发展管理模式，在教育管理与教育教学层面运用多种方式方法促使大学生具备良好健康的个性；并在此基础上利用全方位、多层面行之有效的途径和方法来发展个性中的有利因素，以此提升大学生的创新能力，培养高素质的创新型人才。

Nowadays, science and technology are developed rapidly in this ever-changing world. There are higher and higher requirement of innovation ability to both individuals and nation due to current international competition. If we want to stand in the leading position, we must bring up high quality innovation talent. As colleges are main contributors of human development, training college students to innovation style talent is necessary so as to developing the whole nation’s international competence. The analyzing of the relationship of college student personality development education and college student innovation culture is taken as root research point in this paper. The current situation of college student personality development and innovation ability training is researched through literature studying, questionnaire investigation and compare analyzing. in the abstract: There is inner oneness between the education of personality development and culture of innovation ability, a good personality development is the motility of innovation ability improvement, personality development education is the key of innovation style talent culture; in the practice: The college students are also aware of the importance of personality development to innovation ability improvement and hope can be well developed through various methods. The innovation point of this paper is the research on method of developing college student's innovation ability through personality development. Teaching staff of each college should has own management mode that suit practical situation and bring up student’s personality through various methods involved in all management and education aspects; Base on this, developing the positive elements of college student’s personality so as to culture innovation-style talent.
