本文以高速信号处理器件DSP为主控制器,以大功率开关器件IGBT为执行元件,综合利用PWM波控制技术、光纤传输技术以及瞬时无功功率理论,研制出新一代的有源电力滤波器。
该系统首先通过电压和电流传感器从电网中检测出所需要的电压和电流变化参数,经过高精度A/D把这些量采集到主控制器DSP中,经指令电流运算单元计算出需要补偿的指令电流,发出PWM控制信号,然后经过放大电路放大并利用抗干扰较强的光纤传输到IGBT驱动电路中,得到补偿电流,补偿电流再与负载电流中谐波电流抵消,完成补偿谐波电流的功能。
文中阐述的并联型有源电力滤波器的硬件由信号采集隔离电路、指令电流运算及跟踪控制系统、IGBT变流桥组成的主电路三部分组成。为了降低系统设计成本,信号采集隔离电路采用高速度、低非线性度光耦隔离器件HCNR200/1代替以往设计中经常使用的隔离放大器ISO124,实现采集信号的传输过程;由于指令电流运算电路在工作时存在着大量数据运算与整个系统对实时性的要求之间的矛盾,为确保补偿电流输出的准确性,提高检测与控制精度,此部分采用具有高速的浮点数据处理能力DSP TMS320VC33为主控制器;为了提高主电路IGBT驱动部分的可靠性,简化硬件电路的PCB布局,使用高集成度的驱动芯片2SD315A来确保驱动能力,并且驱动芯片与主控电路的连接中采用光纤传输来抑制高频电流产生的电磁干扰。
软件的设计以瞬时无功功率理论为依据,通过ip-iq运算方式实时检测出谐波电流,其算法包括数字滤波、定时滞环控制等模块的应用;为了保证系统运行的安全性和可靠性,软件方法实现对直流侧电容电压的PI控制和保护、电网电压过高以及电流过载保护、外部中断保护等一系列功能。
针对三相三线制供电系统的此种有源电力滤波器样机在实验室已经调试成功,该补偿装置能有效的改善电网波形,降低负载电流总谐波畸变率THD,对整流器﹑变频装置﹑电弧炉等非线性、冲击性负载引起的电网电压、电流畸变具有很强的抑制作用。

A high-speed signal processor DSP used as main controller, high power switching device IGBT used as action element, utilizing synthetically PWM wave control technology﹑optical fiber transmission technique and instantaneous reactive power theory, a new generation of active power filter was researched in this article.
The system detects firstly some current & voltage parameters of electric net by current & voltage sensor, collects these parameters to main controller by high precision A/D, calculates instruction current of compensation by instruction current arithmetic unit, sends out PWM control signal, then amplifiers signal and passes it to IGBT driving circuit using optical fiber of strong anti-interference, obtains compensation current. Compensation current and harmonic current offset, also accomplish function of compensating harmonic current.
The hardware of parallel active power filter described in this paper is made up of signal collection isolation circuit、instruction current calculation and tracking control system、IGBT variable current bridge main electro circuit. In order to lower system cost, signal collection isolation circuit uses high-speed、low non linearity optocoupler HCNR200/1 instead of isolation amplifier ISO124; because of the contradiction between much data operation and whole system real-time requirement, instruction current calculation and tracking control system use DSP TMS320VC33 which has high-speed floating point processing ability; To improve the reliability of main circuit driving part and simplify hardware circuit layout ,it use high integration driving chip 2SD315A and optical fiber transmission to inhibit high-frequency current electromagnetic interference.
The design of software detects real-time harmonic current by ip-iq arithmetic mode based on Instantaneous Reactive Power Theory, including digital filter、hysteresis control arithmetic and so on; in order to ensure reliability and security of system, software method realizes some functions, for example DC Link Capacitance Voltage control and protection、power network voltage overtension and current overload protection、external-interrupting protection and so on.
Active power filter model machine based on Three Phase Three Wire power system has been tested successfully in the laboratory, it can improve effectively waveform of electric-network and decrease total harmonic wave distortion rate THD, so it has strong inhibition effect to power network voltage and current distortion caused by rectifiers、frequency conversion equipment、electrical arc furnace and so on.
