自我国改革开放政策实施以来,随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立和发展,企业员工薪酬管理问题成为了社会学者日益重视且持续关注的问题。本文以信息科技类企业BW信息技术企业为研究对象,在充分了解、分析现有国内外企业员工薪酬管理体系相关理论及学者研究成果的基础上,针对BW信息技术企业总体发展概况、企业发展战略及目标、企业员工薪酬管理现状等进行全面客观的调查研究,基于相关实地的访谈及调查后,发现当前BW信息技术企业员工薪酬体系较不完善,在薪酬管理上存在着员工工资水平低且增长速度缓慢、企业业务提成制度缺乏可行性、激励薪酬僵化导致员工缺乏积极性、僵化的福利项目与员工需求脱节、福利及奖励过低缺乏员工关怀等客观问题,一定程度上导致了企业现有高技术人才流失率过高、企业员工工作懈怠等企业发展不利情况,BW信息技术企业进行员工薪酬体系优化及完善具有显著的重要性及必要性。 本研究基于BW信息技术企业现有发展成果以及相关人力资源管理基础,针对企业现有员工薪酬管理问题,进行了薪酬体系目标及原则的梳理确定,借助对BW信息技术企业的岗位评价、薪酬等级划分、薪酬水平调查等实现企业员工薪酬体系优化基础的建立,进而从企业岗位薪酬等级及标准、薪酬结构及占比、固定及浮动薪酬、激励薪酬、以及福利年终奖等层面实现BW信息技术企业员工薪酬体系优化。结合薪酬体系运营效果总结及体系评价,本文研究总结出企业薪酬体系优化应以薪酬水平及结构调整为核心,薪酬管理的本质是物质激励;薪酬水平的提升能直接促进员工工作积极性及幸福感提升,有利于企业人力资源的稳定及利用,一定程度上也降低了企业招聘及管理成本;以及在薪酬体系优化中,势必需要结合管理制度体系的构建及完善,以制度作为薪酬管理的保障,才能有效保证薪酬管理措施的执行。本文研究在理论层面有利于对现有国内外员工薪酬体系相关研究提供案例,促进理论层面的完善;在实践层面为BW信息技术企业或相关行业企业实现在员工薪酬管理以及体系构建等层面上的参考及借鉴,有利于推动企业人力资源管理的科学健康发展。 |

Since the implementation of China's reform and opening up policy, with the establishment and development of the socialist market economy system, the issue of employee compensation management has become a problem that social scholars pay more and more attention to. Taking the information technology enterprise BW the information technology enterprise as the research object, on the basis of fully understanding and analyzing the relevant theories and scholars' research results of the existing enterprise employee compensation management system at home and abroad, this paper makes a comprehensive and objective investigation on the general development situation, enterprise development strategy and goal, and the present situation of enterprise employee compensation management of BW information technology enterprise. Based on the relevant field interviews and investigations, it is found that the current employee compensation system of BW information technology enterprise is not perfect, Due to the low salary level and slow growth rate, the lack of feasibility of the commission system, the lack of motivation, the disconnection between welfare items and employee demand, the low welfare and reward, the lack of employee care and so on, it is important and necessary to optimize and perfect the employee compensation system BW information technology enterprises. Based on the existing development achievements of BW information technology enterprises and the related human resource management foundation, this paper combs and determines the objectives and principles of the salary system in view of the problems existing in the enterprise's employee salary management. With the help of the position evaluation, salary grade division and salary level survey for BW information technology enterprises, the optimization foundation of the enterprise's employee salary system is established, and then the enterprise's salary system is optimized The salary system of BW information technology enterprises is optimized from the following aspects: position salary grade and standard, salary structure and proportion, fixed and floating salary, incentive salary, and welfare year-end bonus. Combined with the summary and evaluation of the operation effect of the salary system, this paper concludes that the optimization of the enterprise's salary system should take the salary level and structural adjustment as the core, and the essence of the salary management is the material incentive; the improvement of the salary level can directly promote the staff's work enthusiasm and happiness, which is conducive to the stability and utilization of the enterprise's human resources, and also reduces the enterprise's recruitment to a certain extent In order to effectively ensure the implementation of salary management measures, it is necessary to combine the construction and improvement of the management system and take the system as the guarantee of salary management. The research in this paper is conducive to provide cases for the existing domestic and foreign employee compensation system at the theoretical level, and promote the theoretical level of improvement; at the practical level, it can provide reference and reference for BW information technology enterprises or related industry enterprises in employee compensation management and system construction, which is conducive to promoting the scientific and healthy development of enterprise human resource management. |
