我国煤矿井下对气体环境的监测监控主要以单参数检测仪为主,虽然已经研制出矿用多参数气体检测仪,但多参数气体检测仪却存在稳定性不够、维护期短等问题,所以开发一款高性能的便携式多参数气体检测仪显得尤为重要。本论文针对国内外气体检测仪发展状况,提出了基于ARM的新型矿用便携式多参数气体检测仪的研究。 本文论述的检测仪是一种基于ARM的带有巡更功能的多参数气体检测仪,并具有温湿度检测、电池电量检测等辅助功能;根据矿用设备相关标准的技术要求,提出以非色散红外式和电化学式的气体检测方法和以射频识别技术的地址信息检测巡更方法。 文章深入研究了以STM32单片机为核心的检测仪的软硬件设计,硬件设计包含多信号(气体、温湿度、电压)采集电路、RFID读卡电路、按键电路、LCD显示电路、声光报警电路、数据存储、RS485通讯电路、电源电路等;软件设计包含主程序、数据(气体、温湿度、电压)检测及处理、RFID非接触式IC卡序列号采集、气体零点和灵敏度标校、数字滤波算法,并用MATLAB对中位值滤波法进行了仿真。 本文通过采用功能强大的STM32单片机作为检测仪的核心处理器,能达更好的处理效果。通过对检测仪进行试验,检查检测仪的性能,试验结果表明:该检测仪在试验环境条件下,在测量范围、基本误差、响应时间、报警等主要性能上均达到设计要求。本课题设计的检测仪解决了以往多参数气体检测仪稳定性低、维护周期短等问题,还增设了电子巡更功能,为实现煤矿井下气体环境的安全监测提供了新设备。

Our country mainly uses single parameter detectors to monitor the gas environment in coal mine. Although we have developed multi-parameter gas detectors, there have some problems, such as low stability, short maintenance period. So developing a high-performance portable multi-parameter gas detector is particularly important. This paper proposes the design of ARM-based portable multi-parameter gas detector for coal mine, in view of the development of gas detector at home and abroad. This paper discusses a ARM-based multi-parameter gas detector with patrol and auxiliary functions such as temperature and humidity detect, battery detect. According to the technical requirement of mining equipment standards, proposes the method of non-dispersive infrared and electrochemistry gas detect. This paper deeply studies the detecter’s hardware and software with STM32 microcontroller as the core. Hardware contains multi-signal(gas, temperature, humidity, voltage) acquisition circuit, RFID IC card read circuit, key circuit, LCD display circuit, sound and light alarm circuit, data storage, RS485 communication circuit, power circuit,etc. Softcare includes the main program, signal (gas, temperature, humidity, voltage) acquire and process, RFID contactless IC card serial number detect, sensitivity and zero point calibration of gases and digital filter algorithm, and the simulation of median value filtering method in MATLAB. Detector is designed based on ARM platform. Using the powerful STM32F103VE as the core processor, achieve better treatment effects. By detector testing, check the performance of ARM-based detector. The test results show that the detector in main performance such as measuring range, basic error, response time, alarm, etc meet the design demand in the test conditions. In conclusion, the design of gas detector solves the ever problems of multi-parameter gas detector such as low stability, short maintenance period, and add the function of electronic patrol for detector. This design provides new equipment for gas environment safety monitoring in coal mine.
