重大突发事件的发生常伴随严重的社会影响,不仅对公众的生命财产安全造成威胁,还会引发心理健康需求的增加,例如焦虑、恐慌等问题。如果资源配置不足或调配不当,心理危机干预难以及时发挥作用,可能影响灾后恢复和社会稳定。因此,合理、高效的心理危机干预资源整合成为保障心理健康支持能力的重要基础。然而,目前我国心理危机干预资源的配置存在明显的不均衡,表现为区域分布差异大、资源利用效率低以及跨部门协作不足。这种不均衡在重大突发事件中尤为突出,难以快速响应复杂多变的心理健康需求。重大突发事件中,心理健康需求的复杂性和多样性对心理危机干预资源整合提出了更高要求。本研究从协同学、演化博弈和系统动力学等多学科视角出发,系统探讨心理危机干预资源整合的关键问题,构建资源整合体系框架,分析多主体协同演化过程,并设计资源整合路径优化策略。通过提出科学的资源整合机制与动态优化模型,力求提升资源整合效率,缓解资源配置不均问题,为重大突发事件中的心理健康支持提供理论依据和实践参考。主要研究工作及结论如下:
针对重大突发事件中心理危机干预资源供需不匹配、调节不及时以及反馈机制不足的问题,采用扎根理论方法,提炼出运作、协同演化和路径优化三个心理危机干预资源整合的核心范畴,为构建科学、系统的资源整合体系奠定了理论基础。基于资源依赖理论、系统理论等多学科理论,从主体、系统、对象及动力等多个维度对心理危机干预资源整合机制进行了系统分析,构建了多要素耦合的资源整合体系框架。该框架以解决重大突发事件中心理危机干预资源的高效配置和动态调配问题为目标,从资源整合运作、协同演化和路径优化三个层面入手,设计了科学的整合机制。通过明确各要素之间的关联与交互作用,优化资源整合路径,提高资源整合效率,增强心理危机干预服务的响应能力和覆盖范围,为后续研究提供了结构化的理论支撑。
为了解决心理危机干预资源分配效率低、任务需求匹配不精准以及利益分配不公平的问题,从多目标决策与合作博弈的视角出发,构建了任务-资源配置模型和利益分配模型。通过采用多目标决策与遗传算法,分析心理危机干预资源与任务需求的匹配关系,实现了资源的合理配置与高效利用;同时,利用合作博弈理论设计利益分配机制,确保各主体根据其实际贡献获得公平收益。结果表明,该模型不仅提升了资源利用效率,满足了不同阶段的心理危机干预需求,还增强了参与主体的积极性和合作动机,为提升资源整合效率和促进公平合作提供了有效解决方案。
针对心理危机干预资源整合过程中多主体互动不协调、策略选择效果不明确等问题,从多主体协同演化的视角出发,构建了政府、医疗机构、社区和公众四方动态博弈模型,借助MATLAB仿真分析各主体策略选择的均衡点和系统稳定性。研究从决策博弈的角度探讨了政府奖惩力度、上级问责机制、资源共享程度等干预策略对资源整合效率的影响,揭示了多主体协作对资源整合系统的关键作用。采用系统动力学方法,构建了心理危机干预资源整合系统动力学模型,探讨了心理危机干预资源整合影响要素之间的相互作用及其对资源整合系统整体效率的贡献程度。结果表明,政策效果评价、专业人员效能评估、社区需求评估、资源需求预测和技术需求分析等因素对资源整合有显著的影响。心理危机干预的有效整合依赖于政策支持和各方的合理互动,其中政府政策制定和应急响应的效能至关重要,为提升资源整合效率、优化干预路径提供了新见解。
心理危机干预资源整合效率受到多种因素的综合影响,传统单一要素优化难以满足动态危机阶段中对资源整合效率的要求,同时缺乏适应不同阶段需求的资源分配路径,限制了整合体系的响应速度和服务覆盖范围。从效率提升的视角出发,基于量化分析与组态思维,研究心理危机干预资源整合的路径优化方法。通过量和质两个方面分析心理危机干预资源整合效率,识别了“政策支持型驱动路径”“专业能力型驱动路径”“综合协同型驱动路径”“资源优化型路径”和“社区赋能型路径”5条通用路径,揭示了资源整合效率由多要素组合效应共同影响的必要性。通过构建动态规划模型,提出基于危机不同发展阶段的资源动态分配策略,并通过仿真分析验证其可行性。结果表明,该模型能够显著提升在不确定条件下的响应速度和服务覆盖范围,为重大突发事件下心理危机干预资源的高效整合提供了科学的理论依据和灵活的优化策略。
通过本研究,可以增强心理危机干预资源整合的系统性和有效性,从而为受影响的个体和群体提供更加及时、精准和全面的心理支持服务。此外,该研究成果也将为政策制定者和心理危机干预的实践者提供理论指导和实践参考,促进我国心理危机干预能力的整体提升。

The occurrence of major emergencies is often accompanied by significant social impacts, posing threats not only to public safety and property but also leading to an increase in mental health needs, such as anxiety and panic. If resource allocation is insufficient or improperly managed, psychological crisis interventions may fail to respond promptly, potentially hindering post-disaster recovery and jeopardizing social stability. Therefore, effective and efficient integration of psychological crisis intervention resources is a critical foundation for ensuring mental health support capabilities. However, the allocation of psychological crisis intervention resources in China currently shows significant imbalances, characterized by regional disparities, low resource utilization efficiency, and insufficient cross-departmental collaboration. These imbalances are particularly evident in major emergencies, making it difficult to rapidly respond to complex and dynamic mental health needs. The complexity and diversity of mental health demands during major emergencies impose higher requirements on the integration of psychological crisis intervention resources. This study, adopting perspectives from disciplines such as synergy theory, evolutionary game theory, and system dynamics, systematically explores the key issues in integrating psychological crisis intervention resources. It constructs a resource integration framework, analyzes the collaborative evolution processes among multiple stakeholders, and designs optimization strategies for resource integration pathways. By proposing a scientific resource integration mechanism and dynamic optimization model, the study aims to enhance resource integration efficiency, alleviate imbalances in resource allocation, and provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for mental health support during major emergencies. The main research work and conclusions are as follows:
To address the issues of mismatched supply and demand, untimely adjustments, and insufficient feedback mechanisms in psychological crisis intervention resources during major emergencies, the grounded theory method was employed to extract three core dimensions of resource integration: operation, collaborative evolution, and path optimization. These dimensions provide a theoretical foundation for building a scientific and systematic resource integration framework. Drawing on multidisciplinary theories such as resource dependency theory and systems theory, a systematic analysis of the psychological crisis intervention resource integration mechanism was conducted from the perspectives of stakeholders, systems, objectives, and driving forces. A multi-element coupled resource integration framework was constructed, aiming to solve the challenges of efficient resource allocation and dynamic adjustment during major emergencies. This framework, focusing on resource integration operation, collaborative evolution, and path optimization, is designed to create a scientific integration mechanism to address the dynamic and complex needs of resource deployment. By clarifying the relationships and interactions among various elements, the framework optimizes resource integration pathways, improves resource utilization efficiency, and enhances the responsiveness and coverage of psychological crisis intervention services. It provides structured theoretical support for subsequent research and contributes to the systematic management of psychological crisis intervention resources during major emergencies.
To address the issues of low efficiency in resource allocation, inaccurate task-demand matching, and unfair benefit distribution in psychological crisis intervention, this study develops a task-resource allocation model and a benefit distribution model from the perspectives of multi-objective decision-making and cooperative game theory. Using multi-objective decision-making methods and genetic algorithms, the relationship between psychological crisis intervention resources and task demands was analyzed, enabling rational allocation and efficient utilization of resources. Simultaneously, a benefit distribution mechanism was designed based on cooperative game theory to ensure that all stakeholders receive fair returns according to their actual contributions. The results indicate that the proposed model not only enhances resource utilization efficiency and meets psychological crisis intervention needs at different stages but also fosters stakeholders’ motivation and cooperation. This provides an effective solution for improving resource integration efficiency and promoting equitable cooperation, laying a solid foundation for systematic and sustainable resource integration in psychological crisis intervention during major emergencies.
To address the issues of uncoordinated multi-stakeholder interactions and unclear strategy outcomes in the process of psychological crisis intervention resource integration, this study adopts a multi-stakeholder collaborative evolution perspective. A four-party dynamic game model involving the government, medical institutions, communities, and the public was developed and analyzed using MATLAB simulations to identify equilibrium points of strategy selection and system stability. From the perspective of decision-making games, the study explores the impact of intervention strategies—such as government incentives and penalties, higher-level accountability mechanisms, and resource-sharing levels—on resource integration efficiency, revealing the critical role of multi-stakeholder collaboration in the resource integration system. In addition, a system dynamics approach was used to construct a psychological crisis intervention resource integration system dynamics model, which examines the interactions among influencing factors of resource integration and their contributions to overall system efficiency. The results demonstrate that factors such as policy effect evaluation, professional staff performance assessment, community demand evaluation, resource demand forecasting, and technology demand analysis have significant impacts on resource integration. Effective psychological crisis intervention integration relies on policy support and rational interaction among stakeholders, with government policy formulation and emergency response efficiency being particularly critical. These findings provide new insights for enhancing resource integration efficiency and optimizing intervention pathways.
The efficiency of psychological crisis intervention resource integration is influenced by a combination of factors. Traditional single-factor optimization methods fail to meet the requirements for resource integration efficiency in dynamic crisis phases and lack resource allocation pathways that adapt to different phase demands, thereby limiting the responsiveness and service coverage of the integration system. From the perspective of improving efficiency, this study explores path optimization methods for psychological crisis intervention resource integration based on quantitative analysis and configurational thinking. By analyzing the efficiency of resource integration from both quantitative and qualitative dimensions, five universal pathways were identified: “policy-support-driven pathway”, “professional-capability-driven pathway”, “comprehensive-collaboration-driven pathway”, “resource-optimization-driven pathway”, and “community-empowerment-driven pathway”. The study highlights the necessity of multi-element combinatorial effects in driving resource integration efficiency. A dynamic programming model was developed to propose resource allocation strategies tailored to different crisis development phases, with simulation analyses conducted to verify feasibility. The results demonstrate that the proposed model significantly improves responsiveness and service coverage under uncertain conditions, providing a scientific theoretical foundation and flexible optimization strategies for the efficient integration of psychological crisis intervention resources in major emergencies.
This study enhances the systematicness and effectiveness of psychological crisis intervention resource integration, enabling the provision of more timely, precise, and comprehensive psychological support services for affected individuals and groups. Furthermore, the findings offer valuable theoretical guidance and practical reference for policymakers and practitioners in psychological crisis intervention, contributing to the overall improvement of psychological crisis response capabilities in China.
