热塑性聚氨酯热熔胶粘剂由于其本身是固态,便于包装、运输、贮存,且无溶剂、无污染,以及生产工艺操作简单、良好的弹性、粘接强度大、固化速度快等优点而倍受青睐,并适宜高速粘结自动线的生产,不污染环境,使其在应用方面迅速发展。而寻求软化点高、热稳定性好、分子量大的热塑性聚氨酯热熔胶成为目前聚氨酯行业的研究热点。 本研究以聚酯多元醇聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA)为软段,异氰酸酯MDI和扩链剂1,4-丁二醇为硬段,二月桂酸二丁基锡和三亚乙基二胺为催化剂合成了分子量及分子量分布合理、软化点高、粘结强度大、热稳定性好的热塑性聚氨酯热熔胶。通过对聚氨酯热熔胶合成工艺、异氰酸酯MDI、聚酯多元醇和扩链剂用量的研究,探讨了其软硬段的组成、结构、异氰酸酯指数(R)等对热塑性聚氨酯热熔胶性能的影响,并对聚氨酯热熔胶进行了分子量、软化点、粘结强度等测试,结果得出:聚氨酯预聚体合成温度在70℃~75℃,反应时间约2h,扩链反应时间30min,在100~110℃温度下熟化2h~3h,当R为1.02时,扩链剂的用量为1:0.7(多元醇/BDO摩尔比)时,合成了分子量Mn为3.91 104、Mw为7.61 104、软化点达139℃ 、粘结强度为25.66MPa的热塑性聚氨酯热熔胶。通过GTA和粘结强度的测试,结果得出,聚酯多元醇合成的聚氨酯热熔胶粘结强度较好,且多元醇的分子量越高,合成的聚氨酯热熔胶粘结强度越大;在不同种类的扩链剂的对比下,其热稳定性的顺序是丁二醇、丙二醇、乙二醇。

It is much favor that thermoplastic polyurethane hot-melt adhesive is solid, easy packaging, transportation, storage, no solvent, no pollution, and production process has the advantages of simple operation, good flexibility, high adhesive strength, curing fast speed, and is suitable for high speed bonding from the production of the circulation, no pollution to the environment, so it is rapidly developed in the application. Seeking for high softening point, good thermal stability and high molecular weight of thermal plastic polyurethane hot melt adhesive becomes a hot research in the polyurethane industry. In this study,with polyester polyol adipic acid -1,4- polybutylene terephthalate(PBA) as soft segment, diisocyanate MDI, chain extender 1,4- butylene glycol as hard segment, dibutyltin dilaurate and triethylenediamine as catalyst, thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt adhesive was synthesized, which has reasonable molecular weight, high softening point, high adhesive strength and good heat thermal stability. Through studying on the synthesis process, isocyanate MDI, polyester polyol and chain extender content of thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt adhesive, it was discussed its composition, structure of soft and hard segments, isocyanate index (R) for the effect of polyurethane hot melt adhesive properties, and tested its molecular weight, softening point and adhesive strength. The results show that: the polyurethane prepolymer synthesis temperature at 70℃~75℃, reaction time about 2 hours, the chain extending reaction time about 30 minutes, aging temperature at 100~110℃ for 2~3 hours, when R is 1.02, the dosage of chain extender 1:0.7 (polyol /BDO molar ratio), thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt adhesive was synthesized. Its molecular weight are Mn3.91 104 and Mw7.61 104, softening point is 139℃, adhesive strength is 25.66MPa. Through testing GTA and adhesive strength, the results show that, polyurethane hot melt adhesive strength of polyesterpolyol is better, and the molecular weight of polyols higher, the synthesis polyurethane hot melt adhesive strength greater. In contrast to different kinds of chain extenders, its thermal stability order is butylene glycol, propylene glycol, ethylene glycol.
