近几年来,我国的煤巷锚网支护技术得到飞速发展,普遍认识到锚杆支护是巷道支护的先进技术,是巷道支护技术的一个重要发展方向。锚杆支护作为一种新的回采巷道支护技术,以其优越性越来越受到煤炭企业的重视,现已在各大煤矿中广泛应用。 但是,到目前为止,还没有形成一个公认的煤巷锚杆支护设计的理论与方法,因此,本文介绍了国内外煤巷锚杆支护技术的发展概况及其成功经验并介绍了几种经典的煤巷锚杆支护设计理论,如悬吊理论、组合梁理论、组合拱理论等,以及对锚杆(索)的支护作用机理进行了深入的研究。根据我国煤巷锚杆(索)的支护的实际情况,介绍了国内常用的几种锚杆支护设计方法,如经验类比法,理论计算法,数值模拟法等,在总结传统设计方法的基础上,提出了基于巷道围岩松动范围的锚杆(索)设计方法。最后以亭南煤矿111回风巷锚杆(索)支护为工程背景,详细介绍了锚杆受力、顶板离层和巷道位移的监测方法、仪器,并应用ANSYS软件对锚杆(索)支护进行了稳定性分析;通过现场应用,并对支护效果进行同步多项监测,利用数据处理软件分析了监测数据,评价支护效果,反馈信息优化设计,实现了“工程地质资料分析—初始设计—现场监测—信息反馈—修改设计”的动态信息设计方法。

In recent years,gate roadways bolting support technology of our country has received the development at full speed,and it's anadvanced technology of supporting gate roadways. As a new method to support gate roadways,bolting has been widely used in the big coal enterprises for its superiority. But as so far,a rational basis for all bolting system designs hasstill not been fully achieved.In this thesis,some new methods and successful experiences of gate roadways bolting support technology,such as suspending theory,combined plate theory,combined arch theory,etc.. as well as bolt loose (Cable) mechanism of support for an in-depth study.According the practical condition of gate roadways bolting support in our country,this text introduces some common bolting methods,such as experience comparison method,theory calculating method,numbersi mulation method etc..At the conclusion of the traditional design method, based on the surrounding rock based on the scope of the bolt loose (Cable) dynamic information design.We carried out the practical study on the ground of 111 return aircourse that the Tingnan coal. This thesis also introduces the methods of monitoring bolting,road displacement and the instruments needed. This text analyzing test data about several roads of XingLong colliery which support offers to perfect the bolting support technology.The bolting designs were determined and analysed the stability of bolt supporting by using ANSYS.By means of field practice, we make multiple monitoring on the support effect in synchronism and analysis the monitoring data by data processing software. We evaluate the support effect and the realization of the "engineering geological data analysis-the initial design-site monitoring-feedback-to amend the design of" Design Method of dynamic information.
