瓦斯灾害是煤炭行业中危险和制约煤矿安全生产的主要因素。因此,实时的检测瓦斯气体的产生源、泄漏源以及浓度,可以保护环境,保证工矿安全运行及人身安全。
本文以矿井瓦斯的主要成分甲烷为目标气体,基于气体在中红外波段的选择性吸收原理,分析了甲烷特征吸收谱线,针对现有煤矿甲烷检测装置对瓦斯浓度测量不精准、无友好的可视化显示界面,提出一种基于MiniGUI中应用SQLite数据库的光谱吸收式矿用红外甲烷检测系统。
该检测系统采用双波长单光路的气体传感器结构,选定甲烷分子在3.31 强吸收谱线,采用红外LED作为光源,实现对气体浓度的检测。根据本检测系统的特点,给出了总体设计方案,以ARM9 S3C2440芯片为主处理器,完成对甲烷浓度信息的采集、数据处理、显示和传输等功能;以嵌入式Linux为软件平台,采用嵌入式用户界面MiniGUI中应用嵌入式数据库SQLite编写应用程序的实现方法,使其完全不同于原有的检测系统。通过分析比较,确定选择了Linux操作系统、嵌入式GUI和嵌入式数据库SQLite。重点介绍了Linux内核、MiniGUI和SQLite开发环境的定制、移植、使用方法以及上层应用程序的设计与实现。同时,给出了甲烷浓度数据管理程序的图形运行界面。最后,对检测系统进行了实验研究,验证了检测方案的可行性。
该检测系统功能完善,操作简单,对保证煤矿工业安全生产,减少事故发生和生命财产损失有重要意义,市场应用前景广阔。

In the coal industry, a main factor has been risking and restricting the coal mine production safety, which is the gas calamity. Therefore, the real-time detection of the cause, leakage and concentration of gas can protect the environment and ensure the safe operation of mining and personal safety.
In this paper, the target gas is the main component of gas. In view of the gas concentration measurements inaccurately and non-friendly visual display interface of the existing coal mine methane detection device, based on the principle of gas selective absorption in the infrared wave band and the analysis of the infrared absorption spectrum of methane, the paper presents a new infrared methane detector for mine to connect embedded database SQLite in MiniGUI.
The detection device system uses a gas sensor structure with dual-wavelength and single optical path, selects the strong absorption spectral line of methane in 3.31 wave length, uses a infrared LED as light source, realizes the gas concentration detection. According to the characteristic in the gas detection system, design program has been brought forward. ARM9 S3C2440, which is a microcomputer, is taken as the core of the instrument. The functions are realized through programming with ARM9 S3C2440, which includes the collection of methane concentration information, data processing, display and transmission. Based on the embedded linux software platform, use a programmed realization to connect embedded database SQLite in MiniGUI, which is total different from its peers. By analysis and comparison, the Linux operating system, embedded GUI and embedded database SQLite have been selected. More emphases of this paper are laid on the porting and customization of Linux kernel, MiniGUI & SQLite environment as well as the upper application design and realization. Also, the methane concentration data management program interface has been given. Finally, the detection system is studied to verify the feasibility of the detection program.
This detection device plays a very important role on the safe operation of mining, reducing accidents and loss of life and property, which is perfectly functional, simple and flexible. It should be applied broadly.
