互联网的出现为众多行业发展线上平台、扩展生存空间提供了良好契机。随着我国老龄化进程的加快,作为数字鸿沟的弱势一方,老年群体不仅在生理机能上展现出不可逆的衰退趋势,在心理上也存在着对数字化技术的吸纳障碍,这导致其难以高效融入日渐智慧化的数字生活。工信部关于印发《互联网应用适老化及无障碍改造专项行动方案》中提出,应推进互联网网站和移动互联网应用(APP)适老化及无障碍改造,着力解决老年人在智能技术面前遇到的困难,显著提升APP适老化水平,增进全民福祉。在此背景下,线上购物类APP也积极推出适老化版本,以更好满足老年群体的网上购物需求。

基于以上现状,本文力求建立一套兼具科学性、适用性和实用性的线上购物类APP适老化改造效果评价体系和评价模型,为线上购物类APP的适老化改造的优化提供有效建议。首先,对老年用户的互联网使用、移动互联网适老化等国内外研究现状进行了梳理,并阐述了手机APP适老化改造等相关概念;其次,以用户感知理论为基础,通过总结数字鸿沟等相关理论及国内外学者的研究成果,设计了包含功能属性和用户感知两大维度的初始评价体系,并经过问卷预调研对初始指标进行调整、剔除,以此对初始线上购物类APP适老化改造效果评价体系进行修正;再次,运用D-ISM-ANP法,确定指标间影响关系及指标最终权重,生成最终评价模型;最后,选取拼多多长辈版为评价对象,检验所设计评价体系的合理性和适用性;同时综合数据分析结果,在得出拼多多长辈版的适老化改造存在问题的基础上,为线上购物类APP的适老化程度的提升提出建议。

本文将线上购物类APP作为评价对象,以用户感知视角,结合产品功能属性构建针对性的适老化改造效果评价体系,具有一定的合理性与实用性,能够应用于线上购物类APP适老化改造效果的评价中,为产品开发者及时找出适老化版本的不足之处和有效的改进方法提供参考。

The emergence of the internet has provided a good opportunity for many industries to develop online platforms and expand their living space. As China's ageing process accelerates, the elderly, as the disadvantaged side of the digital divide, not only show an irreversible trend of decline in their physiological functions, but also have psychological barriers to the absorption of digital technology, which makes it difficult for them to efficiently integrate into the increasingly intelligent digital life. 2020 Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the issuance of the "Special Action Plan for the Ageing Appropriate and Accessible Transformation of Internet Applications", which mentions that ageing-appropriate and barrier-free transformation of Internet websites and mobile Internet applications should be promoted, focusing on solving the difficulties encountered by the elderly in the face of smart technology, significantly improving the ageing-appropriate level of APP, and enhancing the well-being of all people. In this context, online shopping software has also actively launched age-appropriate versions to meet the internet access needs of elderly users. We have already achieved age-appropriate transformation from nothing to something, how can we achieve from something to something better is the urgent problem of product age-appropriate transformation.

Based on the above status quo, this study seeks to establish a set of evaluation system and evaluation model for ageing-friendly transformation of online purchase APPs that are both scientific, applicable and practical, and provide effective countermeasures for the optimization of ageing-friendly transformation of such software. Firstly, this study compares the current situation of domestic and international research on the Internet use of elderly users and mobile Internet ageing, and explains the concept of mobile APP ageing modification; secondly, based on user perception theory, the initial evaluation system containing two dimensions of functional attributes and user perception is designed by summarizing the relevant theories of mobile Internet and the research results of domestic and international scholars, and after questionnaire. Then, the D-ISM-ANP method was applied to determine the influence relationship between the indicators and their final weights, and the final evaluation model was generated; finally, using the elders' version of Poundworld as the empirical object, on the one hand, the rationality and applicability of the evaluation system designed in this study were tested; on the other hand, based on the data results, the evaluation system of Poundworld was found to be reasonable and applicable. On the one hand, we test the rationality and applicability of the evaluation system designed in this paper; on the other hand, we conclude that there are problems with the ageing retrofitting of Poundland's Elder Edition based on the data results and make corresponding suggestions.

This study takes online shopping APP as the evaluation object, and constructs a targeted ageing modification evaluation system from the perspective of user perception and combining with product functional attributes.
