煤矿井下综掘工作面是煤尘产生的主要环节之一。由于其独头长距离通风的特点,粉尘不易排出,仅依靠掘进机本身自带的喷雾降尘系统不能达到预期降尘效果,如何有效降低综掘工作面粉尘浓度,改善工作环境,提高安全生产,是煤矿生产中亟待解决的问题之一。 本文分析了影响综掘工作面粉尘产生的两个主要因素——自然条件和生产条件。自然条件包括地质构造、煤层的赋予条件以及煤岩的物理性质等因素;生产条件包括机械强度和生产强度、环境湿度、通风状况、采掘方法以及截割参数等因素。 建立了粉尘运动的数学模型,并依此模型对粉尘在静止空气中的沉降活动、运动的阻力及阻力系数、粉尘在风流中的运动和粉尘碰撞运动等进行了分析;通过喷雾降尘机理的分析得出影响降尘效果的因素,为系统参数匹配设计提供了理论依据;根据气固两相流理论,利用GAMBIT建立综掘巷道的三维模型,对综掘巷道中粉尘浓度进行了数值模拟,模拟出粉尘的分布情况,得出距工作面2m左右的范围内,无论是全尘还是呼吸性粉尘,其浓度都是最大的,为喷雾系统中喷嘴的合理布置提供了依据;同时,巷道内的风速对粉尘浓度也有很大的影响,因此必须合理控制巷道内的风速,以达到最好的降尘效果。 在以上分析研究的基础上,对综掘工作面高压喷雾降尘系统进行了设计。选用反冲式过滤器解决系统水质问题,研究了最佳雾化效果的喷嘴结构参数与压力的关系,并设计了与掘进机联动的控制方式,实现了自动喷雾的目的。

Mechanized coal mine dust generated by excavation face is one of the main links. Because of its unique characteristics of the first long-distance ventilation, dust emission is not easy, just rely on their own boring machine spray dust suppression system can not achieve the desired effect of dust, how to reduce the dust concentration in fully mechanized excavation face, improve the working environment, improve safety, Coal production is one of the problems be solved. This paper analyzes the impact of dust generated by mechanized excavation face two major factors - natural conditions and production conditions. Natural conditions, including the geological structure, coal seam conditions, and given the physical properties of coal and other factors; Production conditions, including mechanical strength and production intensity, humidity, ventilation, mining methods, and cutting parameters and other factors. Established a mathematical model of dust movement, and accordingly model the dust in the still air of the settlement activities in the resistance movement and the resistance coefficient, dust in the air flow in the movement and collision sports such as dust were analyzed; Analysis of the mechanism by spraying dust effect obtained the factors affecting dust, matching the design parameters for the system provides a theoretical basis; According to two phase flow theory, Using GAMBIT build three-dimensional model of comprehensive roadway,on the comprehensive roadway dust concentration in the numerical simulation, simulate the distribution of dust,drawn from the range of about 2m Face,whether all the dust or respirable dust, its concentration is greatest, for the spray system nozzles provide a basis for rational arrangement; the same time, the wind tunnel on the dust concentration has great influence, it must be within the reasonable control of roadway wind speed, dust has reached the best results. In the above analysis on the basis of fully mechanized excavation face high-pressure spraying system is designed. Used to solve the system recoil filter water quality, research the best atomization nozzle structural parameters of the relationship between pressure and designed with the boring machine linkage control method to achieve the purpose of automatic spray.
