企业文化建设起源于上个世纪80年代,经过近20多年的发展,企业文化管理已经广泛应用于我国企业经营管理中。企业文化的重要性正越来越受到人们的关注。尤其是在煤炭类企业内,企业文化管理已经成为了煤矿企业管理中重要的组成部分,并得到了高层领导的高度重视,在企业战略管理、决策行为和贯彻执行等方面发挥着重要作用。然而,企业文化管理和建设并不是一朝一夕的行为,文化的形成即受到历史因素的影响,同时也是一个渐进和不断演变的过程。在当前企业文化建设中,因为在认识和执行等方面的缺陷,导致在建设企业文化的过程中出现了很多问题,使企业文化管理或者缺乏实质内容或者陷入困境。这就使得研究企业文化管理相关问题具有十分的必要性。 本文结合企业文化相关理论,以新柏煤矿为研究对象,利用问卷调研的方法对该企业的企业文化建设的现状进行了调研和表述,并且在问卷调研的基础之上,对该企业文化建设方面存在的问题进行了概括,指出当前新柏煤矿在文化建设方面存在企业文化核心理念不明确、企业文化体系不健全,员工对企业文化认知程度较低以及缺乏企业文化的相关培训和引导等问题,针对这样的问题,本文从新柏煤矿的实际情况出发,从精神层面、制度层面、行为层面以及物质层面提出了煤矿企业文化体系,并且针对性的提出了保障措施,希望通过本文的研究,对于新柏煤矿的相关决策者了解企业文化建设的现状,认清企业文化建设过程中存在的问题,并且针对性的完善企业文化建设起到借鉴作用和参考价值。

Corporate culture originated in the 1980s , after nearly 20 years of development, corporate culture management has been widely used in China's enterprise management . The importance of corporate culture are more and more people 's attention. Especially in the coal enterprises , corporate culture management has become an important coal mining enterprise management component and get the attention of the senior leadership in corporate strategic management , decision-making and implementation , such as behavior plays an important role . However , corporate culture does not happen overnight and construction management behaviors that affect the formation of cultural historical factors , but also a gradual and evolving process . In the current corporate culture , because the defect in the understanding and execution , resulting in a lot of problems in the process of building enterprise culture , enterprise culture management, or lacking in substance or in trouble. This makes the study of issues related to corporate culture management has very necessity . In this paper, the theory of corporate culture to the new cypress mine for the study, the use of a questionnaire survey of the status quo approach corporate culture construction companies conducted an investigation and presentation , and on the basis of a questionnaire survey , the building of enterprise culture summarized the problems pointed out that the current existence of the new cypress mine in the cultural construction of corporate culture core concept is not clear , corporate culture system is not perfect , the staff of the low level of awareness and a lack of corporate culture corporate culture -related issues such as training and guidance for such problems, the actual situation in this article starting new mines Parker , from the spiritual level , system level , behavioral level, as well as radio and television networks presented material level corporate culture system, and proposes targeted safeguards hope through this study for policymakers understand the status of the new cypress mine building of enterprise culture , and understand the process of corporate culture problems and improve the corporate culture focused play a reference and the reference value.
