近年来,随着自动化技术和通信技术的迅速发展,以适应企业信息化的需求,大部分中小型城市供水企业,面临供水系统的自动控制与调度管理的改造问题,本论文则将远程监控技术深入应用到自来水厂的整个供水控制系统,提出了一种将自动控制与通信技术相结合、实时监控与预测监控相结合的城市供水监控与调度管理系统。
本论文的研究目标是系统的解决供水企业的自动控制问题和远程监控问题(包括预测监控系统和实时监控系统)。以此为目的,结合工程实例,本论文首先详细的论述了调度管理系统的预测监控系统的设计,建立了基于神经网络的城市短期需水量预测模型、管网测压预测模型,给出了基于IFIX平台的预测监控系统的实现方法。
其次,针对实时监控组态软件的设计,详细论述了关键技术的解决办法。介绍使用Visual Basic操作数据库的方法,以及利用EXCEL制作报表的方法,阐述了系统监控界面功能的设计。
再者,针对系统远程通信网络的组建,对系统通信问题进行了详细的讨论和分析,分别详细的论述了各个层次网络的设计问题以及不同网络间的组网技术,论述了工业以太网冗余环技术,微波通信技术,现场总线技术以及它们之间相互通信技术。
同时,针对供水企业生产的几个重要单元,分别详细的讨论了该单元的自动控制问题和解决方法;结合工程实例,对水源地取水自动控制系统进行了详细的论述,阐述了电动调节阀的控制;对送水泵房水泵机组的变频调速控制做了深入全面的分析和讨论,阐述了调速节能控制的原理和效益分析,详细论述了变频调速控制技术。
论文最后结合工程实例给出了设计实现的功能,并对其进行了分析。

In recent years, with the development of the automation and communication, there is an increasing demand of enterprise information. Majority of middle and small scale city water supply enterprise, faced with automatic control and dispatch management transformation question in water supply system. In this article, the remote monitoring technology is applied to the whole water supply control system. A sort of supply monitors and dispatches the management system of city water is set up, which unifies the automatic control and the communication, which unifies the real-time monitoring and the forecast monitoring.
The research target of this article is to resolve automatic control problem and remote monitoring for water supply enterprise (Include the forecast monitoring and real-time monitoring).For this aim, based on the actual engineering, some research prospects in the field are proposed. Fistly, the design of the forecast monitoring system of dispatch management is elaborated.Artificial neural network model of the forecast monitoring system is analyzed. The method to realize the forecast monitoring system is introduced. Secondly, aiming at the design of the real-time monitoring system, the key technical solution is discussed in detail, such as the method of call the database; the method of making report form based on excel. Next,Aiming at temote communication network,industry Enthernet、microwave comuinication technology、Fieldbus and joint of them are introduced in detail. At the same time, some important control cells in water supply are proposed in this dissertation such as pumping station and wellhead station. Finally, function run result of the whole system is discussed in the article.
