本课题来源于国家安全生产监督管理总局的矿山应急多媒体通信系统研发任务,主要研究矿山应急多媒体通信系统中环境参数的采集、显示、存储、传输、报警等问题。该技术的研究成果也可以应用到其它的环境检测领域。
论文从矿井环境参数检测的需求分析入手,研究井下救援环境,并确定甲烷,一氧化碳,氧气和温度作为矿井环境参数检测的对象。研究了气体参数采集和温度参数采集的原理和方法,同时结合矿山应急多媒体通信系统中的电源管理,面板控件管理等要求,提出了基于智能气体变送器,温度传感器、电源管理,面板操作和C8051F330 单片机数据处理技术相结合的井下环境参数检测的方案设计。该方案实现以下功能:采集、显示、存储、传输环境参数数据;电源指示、欠压指示;电源智能开/关机操作;智能软关机操作和暂停操作。
课题完成了硬件电路设计与实现和软件设计及调试工作。硬件部分主要包括:C8051F330核心处理模块;智能气体变送器;单总线温度传感器;单片机与上位机之间的串口通信电路;本质安全电源模块;网络交换模块等。软件部分主要包括:固件程序模块;环境参数采集模块;网络通信模块。最后研制成了一套原理装置,经过在单片机与上位机的运行测试,装置满足各项功能,达到了设计要求。并将该装置成功应用于矿山应急多媒体通信系统中。

This paper topic originates from mine emergency multimedia communication system research and development duty. This paper mainly studied how to gathering, displaying, storing and transmitting the mine environment parameter and reporting the alarm effectively. The mine environment parameter detecting equipment will apply to the mine emergency rescue. This technical result can apply to other environment examination domains, too.
Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the requirement of mine environment parameter detection, the author chose methane, carbon monoxide, oxygen and temperature as the environment parameter. After studying the principle and method of mine gases and temperature parameter gathering, the author chose an appropriate gas gathering method and established the system design plan. The system design based on the intelligent gas sensor, the temperature sensor and the C8051F330 integrated circuit. The design plan realizes following functions: gathering, displaying, storing, transmitting environment parameter; power source instruction; power owes voltage instruction; the intelligence turn on/off operation; the intelligent soft close-down operation and pause operation.
Secondly, the paper describes the hardware realization and the software debugging. The hardware part consists of MCU-C8051F330 module; the intelligent gases gathering unit; temperature sensor; the intrinsical security power source module and network switchboard. For the purpose of software maintenance and development, the software adopted the modular design method. The software part mainly includes: Firmware program module, environment parameter gathering module, network connection module.
Finally, in order to ensuring the system work stability and the communication security, the author has carried on the detailed debugging to the system software and hardware. The test result shows that its function and performance meet the requirement of the mine environment parameter examination. Its application will sharpen the mine rescue ability and the efficiency.
